Are those supposed to be piss colors?

So, strongly encouraging staying hydrated and not an insane attack on players wanting more drinks of water?

..... I like it.

When I was in basic training my sargent randomly shook my canteen during a class, it was pretty much empty. He goes "Good, Afghanistan is hot. Go get more." To this day I still drink A LOT of water every day. We also had a platoonmate go down with hyponatremia, so we really found the sweet spot.

My fear is that it seems like the symptoms of both dehydration and hyponatremia are very similar. It seems like the safe bet is assuming you are dehydrated because the odds lean that direction heavily.

Did that mate put down 3 gallons quickly and found out?

We were all drinking a lot of water, it was summer in Quebec so it was humid as all fuck, and we were very very active. He started acting drunk; slurrring his words, stepping his own feet, then he just crumpled. I think he hadn't been eating.
