Question How bad is the bud rot? First time seeing in a harvest

Thumbnail

• Upvotes

Just trimmed my most recent grow and found a few spots of bud rot that I separated and tossed. Feeling a bit paranoid about the rest of the harvest now, although I've only been seeing some brown areas like those shown and not the clear mold filaments like in photos 5 and 10. Curious if folks would toss the rest?

Help My Sick Plant First Grow Concern

day 13
medium - sta green potting mix with perlite added
light cycle - 20/4
light - 300w ~20” above seedlings
https://www.reddit.com/r/Autoflowers/s/gC51ysIexe

That link is my first post i made monday about my problems with these seedlings. The advice i received was that they are overwatered so i haven’t watered since.

since that post the back bucket (2nd/3rd pic) has started yellowing on the cotyledon and developed these black spots on the bigger leafs. they both seem to still be growing. any idea what the black growth could be?

are they severely stunted? i started germinating two more seeds just in case. looking for any thoughts or advice on both the plants thanks in advance.

Question Need help identifying these seeds

Post image
0 Upvotes

So i was recently at my local hydroponic store picking up genetics. Ive been stocking up on higher end breeders like bloom, solfire, archive, seed junky, exotic genetix, in-house and etc. I spent a decent amount of money at this trip like around 700 dollars or so just on genetics and while we were talking, the owner threw this in the bag and said here's something on the house and I told him thank you and totally forgot to ask him what these were. Does anyone know if this is the powerzzz up that does work for cookies? I couldn't find anything about him releasing any s1 strains, im not even sure if this is an s1 strain or if thats a 51 lol. Im just looking for some more information. I would appreciate it a lot

Help My Sick Plant Help! I have been growing for 10 years, but now I cant get seeds to sprout.

I posted pics of my set up. https://imgur.com/a/nIt9eqJ

I PH'd the water to 6.
I added like 10 ml of FloraMicro, Cal/Mag, and the UC Root Solution (smells like chlorine) to a gallon of RO water. I soaked the rock wool for an hour.
I used gloved to put all the seeds in the rock wool.
You can see my set up.
After a week, I took the seeds out of the rock wool and you can see them there. Only 4 of them sprouted anything. And after a week only that.

I just cant figure out none of them sprouted. And lately, when they do sprout, they wont grow past an inch tall.

Question Starting to get spots on leaves - what is happening?

Thumbnail

As stated, I think it seems as if the tops are not as green anymore (possibly due to too high DLI previously), but noew I start to get spots on my leaves as well. What could possibly be the cause of this, and how do I fix it? Could it be old damage before I got my setup tuned in...? I am looking to learn as this is my first coco-rodeo with auto watering, so any input is much welcome!

Setup: 90x90 tent, Biobizz Lightmix, Canna Coco fertilizer, SpiderFarmer autowatering bases.

Measures: flower mid week 5, DLI 35, 1.9 EC, 5.8 pH, 25°C, RH 50-55%

Question Can I still bud wash a day after harvesting and then put them in paper bag in the fridge?

Ok, so yesterday I harvested a couple of buds because they were ready but it was getting really late so I hung dried them in a dark room (it doesn't really stay cool in there so I have to move them today). I did not bud wash them or anything (first time grower I don't know what the f*ck im doing I just learned about bud wash today lol). Can I still bud wash them today, 24 hours later?

I then want to put them in a paper bag in the fridge. After bud wash I will hang dry them for a couple of hours and then but them in the bag. My two questions are:

1) Do you completely seal the paper bag? Or do you leave a small little hole so air flows inside the bag?

2) Do I trim off the branches, stems and leaves or can I leaves them? The leaves have a lot of trichomes and I would hate to waste them away, but I don't know if leaving them on would be detrimental.

Thank you all for your help!

Question Going on a trip, kinda worried?

Thumbnail

First time growing and my plants are about week 7 of flower, not super big yet. (NYC) I have a trip from the 18-27 and my roommate who's taken care of my plants before will water them. Im trying to stretch them throughout the season to get as best buds as possible. How are they looking and how long do we think left? Is there anything I should be doing different the last few weeks? The weather looks like it'll be alright but Im more so worried because they are so close and take care of them often.

My first grow is done. I just smoked a blunt as a test. And it's awesome. I am super happy how my seed went. It was a purple urkle from strng seeds.

Plant stayed small and bushy, she was exactly 12w old on a day I chopped her.

Yes I know they are a bit droopy. I just gave it a good watering. Also defoled the big leaves covering the bottom of the plant.
