Discussion Sheath Almandine Open & Precise
Loving the combo of Black 18 Pro and Sheath Almandine. I love both versions but that Open Sheath is something else. It’s my first time using the Open version since plateau was introduced and it reminds of OG Sheath.
That said I’ll be using both in my rotation for different occasions. Precise for extra protection and peace of mind.
This year’s Sheaths are of top notch quality.

Open is really good. If anyone has an almandine or canyon in open sheath with burgundy I would love to see it

Do you notice any slight differences between the open and precise versions? I have both in a few colors and it seems like the open plateau versions consistently have a smaller screen lip at the bottom (home swipe) and the edges of the open versions seem less rounded (on the back where your fingers wrap around the sides). To me, this makes the open versions feel ever so slightly thinner overall, but at the same time sharper and less comfortable to hold than the precise versions.
Possibly relevant: mine are iPhone 17 pro max versions.

Just got my Open Sheath as well in same color. Love the fit and quality of it. However, my action button has more movement than the other buttons and has a slight rattle if I shake my phone. Do any of your buttons move/have a rattle?

I like it, I’m waiting for mine still. The open should look good on my burgundy phone
