What if they're just some random dudes who were like hey I bet no one will question us if we wear high vis vests. The statue is R-Evolution by Marco Cochrane in San Francisco, torn down yesterday. That said, I really don't know what they're doing.

Edit: apparently it was being torn down, not installed. Looks like I got it wrong when I quickly tried to find out this morning. Thanks for the corrections!
