I made a 36-second AI commercial with multiple transformations — here's my workflow
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I just finished BLOP, a 36-second fictional soda commercial created with generative AI for the ElevenLabs The Search competition.
The idea: one sip of BLOP and reality goes completely absurd.
The workflow:
- Character consistency: Created reference sheets for each main character to maintain facial features, clothing, and proportions across shots.
- Image generation: Built individual keyframes with specific camera angles, focal lengths, and compositions.
- Video generation: Animated the shots separately, focusing on believable motion, physical transformations, and character continuity.
- Music: Created the original jingle using ElevenCreative.
- Editing: Combined short sequences with different camera movements, close-ups, and visual gags, synchronizing the cuts with the music.
The biggest challenges:
Keeping characters consistent across different camera angles was harder than expected. Some transformations also required several iterations to avoid unnatural anatomy or an obvious CGI appearance.
The goal was to create something that felt like a deliberately directed commercial rather than a random collection of AI-generated clips.
AI tools used:
- Music: ElevenCreative
- Image generation: [Add exact tools used]
- Video generation: [Add exact tools used]
- Editing: [Add editing software]
I'd love some technical feedback. Which transformations work best, and where do you notice the AI limitations?

seedance videos are laggy 24fps
is there a way to do at least 30fps? when I generate video it lags a little bit and I am assuming that's because it's 24fps only. I am looking at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iWLTy0B5_NE and can this be 24fps also? it certainly doesn't look like it

Question Confused between all these generative AI tools.
I want to take up ONE singular AI generation tool but I'm unable to figure out which one. I can only afford $30-40 every month so I want to make the most of whatever I'm picking.
I want to primarily make AI influencer videos (like product reviews, street interviews, vlogs etc.) with realistic iphone-like quality. Along with a few videos featuring celebs doing funny stuff.
Which is the best one from a price pov - Higgsfield or OpenArt or Budgetpixel or Krea or any other equivalent?
I've heard so many mixed things about Higgsfield and OpenArt cuz of their scammy pricing. Which one is the most consistent, most reliable from an output pov, and won't give me copyright issues while generating celeb videos (Some YouTube tutorials showed people using Higgsfield for celeb videos but I'm not sure).
The other option is ComfyUI but I only have 16GB RAM with a 12GB 4070 (should've bought more RAM when it was cheap).

Real food meets Japanese magazine illustration
this style can mix photographic food textures and slightly wonky ink drawings. so fun!
Reusable prompt:
Create one original 9:16 Japanese editorial magazine cover combining realistic food photography with charming, imperfect hand-drawn illustration.
Food: [ingredient]
Illustrated subject: [person, animal, or object]
Interaction: [how the food becomes part of the subject]
Japanese magazine title: [exact text]
Headline and caption: [exact text]
Make the food an integrated part of the drawing, preserving its natural texture, shape, and photographic detail.
Use loose black ink outlines, subtle pencil marks, playful proportions, and occasional embroidered accents. Keep the surrounding illustration simple and expressive.
Feature one oversized subject and one main food element, with generous negative space and an asymmetrical editorial layout. Place the magazine title at the top; keep supporting text minimal.
Warm linen-paper texture, muted earthy colors, matte printing, and a stronger color accent from the food. Handcrafted, whimsical, and carefully composed.

Question Learning how to make good AI videos for beginners
Hello everyone,
I’ve been trying to make AI videos for a short comedy film for my college project. I tried to look into websites and programs where I could do this without spending a lot of cash and having those huge watermarks. But it mostly recommended sora (which isn’t available anywhere) and heygen, and it’s not really something I am looking for. I need my videos to have a natural, realistic look, where I could generate a funny romcom skit. What programs should I use? How much do they cost?
Any genuine advice would help a lot 🙏
