I made a 36-second AI commercial with multiple transformations — here's my workflow

I just finished BLOP, a 36-second fictional soda commercial created with generative AI for the ElevenLabs The Search competition.
The idea: one sip of BLOP and reality goes completely absurd.
The workflow:
- Character consistency: Created reference sheets for each main character to maintain facial features, clothing, and proportions across shots.
- Image generation: Built individual keyframes with specific camera angles, focal lengths, and compositions.
- Video generation: Animated the shots separately, focusing on believable motion, physical transformations, and character continuity.
- Music: Created the original jingle using ElevenCreative.
- Editing: Combined short sequences with different camera movements, close-ups, and visual gags, synchronizing the cuts with the music.
The biggest challenges:
Keeping characters consistent across different camera angles was harder than expected. Some transformations also required several iterations to avoid unnatural anatomy or an obvious CGI appearance.
The goal was to create something that felt like a deliberately directed commercial rather than a random collection of AI-generated clips.
AI tools used:

- Editing: [Add editing software]
I'd love some technical feedback. Which transformations work best, and where do you notice the AI limitations?
