I was flying my whoop at my school during break and managed to get it upside down on a part of the roof that is around 4.5 meters tall with no roof access.. I asked the maintenance people to help and they said they would around 2 weeks ago and I’m starting to think they aren’t going to get it, so I wanted to see if anybody had ideas getting it down (maybe without a ladder if possible) Also the drone is dead and I haven’t programmed turtle mode yet
Hi all! What do you carry with you/what's your loadout for going flying with your tinywhoops, wether it's in a forest or a rip n dip in shopping malls? Some chest rigs, pouches, 3D printed cases?
Backpacks? Or just rawdogging it with your pockets?
Curious to hear/see what you rock!
Photo is ilustrative, send kit pics 😎

SB F405 35A AIO V2
1507 3600KV
TBS 18mm Glonass module + shielded wire.
AliX nano RX (betafpv lite clone)
Managed to make it work with O4 lite. Used a printed O4P replica case. Lots of fiddling around to make it work. Didn't feel like putting a Pro in it.
Painting was: Sanding, Primer, Basecoat, Marblizer, Candypaint, Ceramic Clearcoat.
Overall fun build. Sure is a tight space to work with.

Manage to get these goggles new off facebook marketplace for 100$. It didn't come with a charger and reading the manual was no help. All the videos I could find we're 10 years old and unhelpful in explaining what I need. How do I charge this thing?

Hi everyone! As shown in the video, my analog Meteor75 Pro has recently started getting this jello in the video feed. Does anyone know what the issue could be or how to fix it?
I haven't changed anything in the drone or replaced any parts, although it has taken a few minor crashes.
Props and motors look fine at a glance, but let me know what I should check

Granted for this particular FC, I could not find a presoldered model, but damn I’ve been soldering for 15 years and these header pins were a pain in the ass. Despite copious amounts of flux, solder did not want to flow and kept trailing into spikes. I had my iron way hotter than I would prefer to avoid this problem, but I was pushing pins straight down and shifting their depth in the base.. then the icing on the cake was due to the PDB wires, I couldn’t fit the GPS connector once the stick was assembled.. had to relocate them to the other side of the board..
question, when attaching the ESC wires, do the wires need to match position wise? Like positive to ESC 1 and negative to ESC 1? Or could you put one connector going to positive 1 and negative 2?

Hey guys, I'm looking to get into FPV drones and need some advice from experienced pilots. I'm interested in tiny whoops and mini FPV drones, mainly for indoor flying, freestyle, and eventually learning Acro mode. My total budget is under $150 USD for everything, including the drone, radio controller, FPV goggles, batteries, and charger. I'm looking for something beginner-friendly but preferably brushless, durable, and upgradeable so I won't outgrow it immediately. I've been looking at the BETAFPV Cetus/Cetus Lite kits, Air65, Meteor65, and similar tiny whoops, but I'm confused about which ones actually come with a controller and goggles versus being BNF kits that need extra gear. Analog video is totally fine; I don't need DJI O4. What complete ready-to-fly kits would you recommend at this price, and are there any good used options worth considering? Thanks!

I am not able to make good turns on simulator. Can you guys please check the video and help me get better? What am I doing wrong? I am following Joshua Bardwell's learn to fly playlist should I move to practice other things or improve on turning?
It's my first time building drone by myself, do be honest:D
thx for feedback

I was wondering if whether the DJI Mini 5 pro fly more combo with the rc2 controller or the Avata 2 fly more combo with the dji goggles 3 would be a better first drone for me. I am 15 and in the Venice Fl area, I am not a complete beginner because I have some experience on a drone sim. I am interested in the Fpv aspect but I am not sure which one is better, I know that the mini five does not have any sort of manual mode but I really want to get some cinematic shots and some high speed shots through nature or my city.

Is it normal for the fan on the receiver to run at 100% all the time? What could the problem be? Any ideas why? This is a brand-new Skyzone Cobra X V4.
