We're Thomas Zeumer and Udo Spreitzenbarth.
Thomas founded Metropolitan Models and discovered and managed some of the world's most recognizable supermodels, including Claudia Schiffer, Heidi Klum and Eva Herzigová.
Udo is an international fashion and celebrity photographer whose work includes Tyra Banks, Catherine Zeta-Jones and the Jonas Brothers.
Between us, we've spent decades on both sides of the camera - and we've seen just about everything the fashion business has to offer.
Now we're working together on Find Your Look, sharing our experience with anyone who has ever wondered: Could I make it in modeling?

Advice Wanted Please! Is this appropriate for a work dinner-awards ceremony occasion?

I’ve been invited to this work dinner event at a fancy hotel ballroom, supposedly an award ceremony but I am told I am there mainly to network with others.
Dress code is supposed to be formal, but I’m not too sure how formal is formal (this is my first time attending such an event!)
I’m wondering if the blue halter top would work? Versus the purple one? Will a black blazer help make either of them work? Or do I just need some new wardrobe?
Please help!

i think i'm pretty swag (honestly i don't take pics of most of my fits but heres what i have and the dress code is 'business casual' but i still want to be drippy here... how do i implement myself while still getting female attention and abiding to the rules?
IGNORE SOME OF THE WEIRD POSES i sometimes take videos of my outfits for vlogs and for my friends so i screenshotted from them lol
(i want more fashion advice too but i dont really take pics of my fits so ill start doing that more and come back lol)
