What do you guys think of the Burrows in the current meta? Strong? Weak? Fun? Difficult? I love the smoke but im struggling to make him work on the same level i do with other DDs

I got these 2 ships in my priority cargo, but I don't know if they're worth buying since I couldnt find any recent information about the ships.

I decided to go down the Italian destroyer tech tree to get the subs give the Italian ones A go. I haven’t quite figured out the weaknesses and strengths of the Italian destroyers.

Who the fuck came up with the missions this time? I wish I could punch him in the face, for starters the Halloween missions are time gated so you can only do it once a day, but then you are required to play ops, random, brawls and ranked for 3 points each to complete the 10points for a mission that rewards 1k tokens, only problem is the ranked que in NA is not working, I have wasted hours trying to get a game, what a fucking joke .

Suggest me some good tier viii bb, dd and cruiser to buy from armory using doubloons.

So i decided to spill the 43k RP on the boat and I can't say it's a bad ship.

It's essentially the WOWS version of a sniper rifle.

You get essentially railguns and improved premium shells (SAP) with 6k alpha on a 12.3 second reload.

Ontop of that you get the ability to burst out a better Venezia Salvo in 1.32 seconds.

Downsides are a rather mediocre hull, bad concealment and having only 3 smokes available.

So it's AFK kiting in the early game and pushing in the late game.

It's very strong vs DDs, good against croooozers and mediocre vs BBs, but still better than the average crooozer against them.

Your AP is punchy and SAP is sap, plus it's easy to target specific areas of a ship, even at range.

However you get an absurd amount of overpens vs other cruisers and idk if it's because the impact angle is so flat, or because the fuse times are bugged, but you will overpen cruisers a lot.

Still for how mediocre the ship sounded to me, when it got announced, i gotta say it's more unique and fun than I thought.

Definetly not the worst purchase for RB and way more fun than Siegfried, or that Commonwealth T9 RB cruiser which is so irrelevant that i forgot it's name.

Im honestly very happy to see more RB ships at T9 especially and hope they will continue the trend.

More steel and coal ships are also welcome, as i don't bother buying 250+€ admiral bundles.

So something like La Spezia is more than welcome.

Also, Messina was found dead in a ditch, since La Spezia has almost the same SAP DPM, whilst being better in every way.

I'm very confused what the little zig-zagging torpedoes are on ships like St. Vincent. How are they different from normal torpedoes?

I know that when they came out, people were saying "auto-lock torpedoes", which I don't think is the case since they don't really lock onto anything nor avoid terrain. They just do the same zig-zag pattern and then start going straight. I've always known these torps were in the game, I just never found a proper explanation as to how they're different or if they're meant to have any unique effects or benefits.

We had caps most of the game so by the time it was just me we still had 2 of 3 caps and the thirds wasn't even fully flipped to red yet. About 2:15 left in the game at that point and just did some quick math - was pretty sure just not dying was good enough. I think I was the 4th highest in base XP so not even top 3. Just played the caps, defended the BB's, ran away.

The only thing I did above average that game was just make good decisions.

And please do not call me a muppet, I am new to the in game events, I just normally buy premium ship from the armory straight.

I went to Armory when I saw this Uncharted Seas Event and I understood I have to buy some random bundles to get tokens, and then as a "looser" price I can get a gauaranteed Premium Shop Container.

I did buy 12500 tokens to try my luck, and with the mindset that maybe I get lucky with the big token count, but if not, this is guaranteed enough for the T7 premium container for 30 tokens.

When I checked it shows for 30 tokens, but the moment I clicked on it, it now says I have to buy all previous items in the stupid queue, this was absolutely not clear, as the "You have to purchase previous bundles" was not indicated anywhere before I actually clicked to buy it :(

This hurts my brain I know and I feel like a muppet, but any way to get back those doubloons? I don't care about the gamling part fo the main price, but this T7 premium container really tricked me...

I saw a bunch of my clanmates flexing the deals on the Priority Cargo tab in the armory, but I can't find it. Is it a bug or something?

I have played almost every PTS session for years now. Mostly for the rewards, less for actually testing the new features. (it just doesn't make sense to test something if most of the matches are filled with bots and very few human players). You can't even test ships from the armory.

Now a while ago they changed the rewards and removed the doubloons. All we get is just a 24h premium time container and some community tokens. Premium time is pretty worthless to me because I already have enough and also you would have to invest more than one days worth of playtime to get one.

So, long question short: what's the point? Why should we even bother playing on PTS? Am I missing something?
