Politics and Elections The winning streak continues: Vancouver voters close out advance voting with a fourth straight record
Vancouver is on a four-day sweep. You heard us right, soak it all in.
Preliminary results show 29,096 people turned out at advance voting places today, the fourth record-breaking advance voting day in a row.
Across all four days, more than 103,000 people voted in advance this election, up 60% from the approximately 65,000 who voted over five advance days in 2022. While voters continued to report quick visits to the polls, we don’t take for granted how many voters made room in their schedules to vote. Thank you, Vancouver, for making time for democracy!
Voters have one more chance: Election Day, Saturday, October 17, 8 am to 8 pm, at any of 85 voting places.
