German/Deutsch Trancription Request Mystery Name

I'm doing some Genealogy research and really need to figure out what that first word is. This is a name of someone in the Stephanie family which I think is pretty clear to read, then the middle name looks like Joseph. The first name I can't make out, the person I'm hoping it is would be Martin because that would help keep the search alive, though it doesn't look like Martin at all, maybe you could say the ending looks like "rtin" but the first part doesn't look anything like "Ma". They did come from Germany and the document is a family index listing family members, so it could say Bruder meaning Brother in German, but none of the other listed family members have their relation next to the name. Please help!

English Transcription Request Help Transcribing an Old Handwritten Record Possibly Related to Adam Ritenour (1777–1858)

I’m researching my ancestor Adam Ritenour Sr. (1777–1858), who lived in Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
I came across this photograph of an old handwritten document that I had previously shared during my family research.
I believe it may be a legal or property record, but I’m having difficulty reading the handwriting.
Would anyone be able to help transcribe the document, particularly the names, dates, and any references to Adam Ritenour?
I’m also interested in identifying exactly what type of record this is.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
