I’m currently using Estradiol Enanthate from Hera that I ordered in September, but with the recent news of their May vials being at half the advertised dosage, I’m concerned to say the least.

I’d like to get my vial tested, but either way, I’d still have to use it until my Symphony vials arrive (and tbf, I’d rather get full use of this than discard without supporting evidence).

Has anyone tested their vials from a September order?

Recently my prescribing doctor retired and I was replaced with a new one. My previous doctor had been prescribing me my chosen levels of injectable dose that worked best for me even though my trough sat at ~320 pg/mL because mentally this is what works best for me. I had been on this dose for 3.5 years with no issues.

My new doctor ordered me to take a blood test recently and is checking my E and T levels. I’m concerned he may adjust my dose (lower it) and I cannot tolerate that by any means, it would be devastating to my health.

My question is, does anyone have any good research I can point my doctor to in case he tries it with me? I was reading about the UCSF guidelines etc. but it would be amazing if I could point him to research that could support higher E levels for mental dysphoria reasons. To me, the clot risk (if any substantial at all with injectable estradiol valerate) far outweighs the mental dysphoria I experience when my levels drop below 300 pg/mL.

Hiya, just wondering what possible outcome to expect in a few months after I've previously been off and on estrogen a few times. To be clear and direct a few months ago I went on 4mg estrogen valerate pills (oral) a day roughly for 2 weeks where I saw the following symptoms:

• Chest was a little sore, nipples were definitely sensitive though didn't really hurt.
• Felt unusually cold, especially in my hands and feet.
• Morning wood went away towards end of 2 weeks.

Then after a few months I got on E again for a whole month and only saw morning wood go away and general sense of weightiness in chest, but without any sensitivity or pain.

In a few weeks I'm starting HRT, hopefully forever. But right now I only ordered 2.5 months supply of estrogen valerate pills and spiro 25mg which I will take one half of every day alongside the E.

Basic gist of my question is that I've seen some conflicting ideas, but people generally say going on and off of e at the start hinders future results so maybe someone could clear up what I could expect in the coming 2,5 months and further on?

When I started monotherapy, I realized once a week made me feel really tired and awful on the 6th day, so I've switched to a smaller dose (0.2mL, 20mg/mL). I also take 200mg of prog too.

Am I fine to just get tested on the 5th day, before doing my injection in the evening?

Should I avoid taking prog the night before?

Would it be better to wait an extra day or the whole week?

Hi, i received my blood test results after approximately one month of HRT via gel applied scrotally, 4mg per day (2mg every 12 or so hours). This was taken on 9th october right after my first morning dose of the day, and i started hrt on 12th of september. Should I increase my dosage? Because these levels don't look good.

I've had a vial of EEn for a few months now, and recently it's gone foggy. I tried the whole boiling thing, and while it does clear up and go clear after having it in there, it will eventually refog. Is it still good, or do I need to toss it?
