Edge has announced 2027 will be his final year as a Professional Wrestler and looks to claim the AEW World Title before all is said and done!

Do you guys want Edge to have a retirement tour similar to Cena? One more World title run? Since he never lost the belt in 2011 when he had to retire the first time? 👀

I feel like they could of have LA Knight win the belt at MITB and then have him drop a month later back to Roman so we still get Roman vs OBA WM 43 and LA Knight gets his crowning and maybe who knows wins the elimination chamber idk maybe I'm crazy

WWE Related I am actually curious to know this answer from WWE Fans who claimed they grew up watching and loving certain wrestlers but moment they leave and join company like AEW, they don't watch them as if they never cared about them. Is "WWE" brand really more important to you than Pro Wrestling/Wrestlers?

My question is not just about Edge in AEW but about Christian, Samoa Joe, Chris Jericho, Ricochet, Dean Ambrose, Kofi Kingston, Cesaro, Daniel Bryan, Sasha Banks, Neville, Luke Harper and even some guys who went to TNA like Dolph Ziggler or Mustafa Ali?

& yes I am also asking these questions to specially these "Wrestling loving" content creators like "The Great One" who I grew up watching be a fanboy to guys like Edge & Jericho but now he can't even mention his childhood favs anymore because they're in other channel

IDK if he will ever watch/read it but video credit to this lovely and wholesome content creator called Dporticus who seems to genuinely love Wrestling and spreads message about positivity without tribalism bs

General Pro Wrestling My Mount Rushmore for wrestling

Post image

This is not just WWE mount Rushmore but from different promotions. Steve Austin is pretty self explanatory. I still think Mr Machmon vs Austin rivalry is one of the best in all of professional wrestling history. Austin attacking Machmon in hospital is one of the funniest segments they did and it shows how much Vince was willing to go for his promotion.

I have to pick Mr TNA, the TNA highlights of "Best of AJ Styles" is what made me love professional wrestling. He was doing stuff in TNA I have never seen anyone do before. Not to mention his best matches against Cena in wwe .

Kurt angel is the definition of wrestler who can do both comedy and serious stuff at same time. His promos or segments are always funny ones like his rap battle against Cena or him gifting bike to undertaker. But when he entered the ring he changes into completely different person.

Sting is not only iconic in WCW. If not for the HHH burying him at mania he would have a good career in WWE too since he did a lot in AEW. Same stuff he did in TNA. He was iconic wherever he goes

AEW Related Adam Copeland Will Retire On His Terms, But Hopefully Not As AEW World Champion

Post image

There have been rumors for years of Adam Copeland stepping away from in-ring action. Once he decided to join AEW, it was just a matter of waiting. After All Out, Copeland revealed how Christian Cage suffered numerous injuries that led to some internal discussion. In the end, Copeland has decided he will retire in 2027.

Now, he did not state exactly where in 2027 he would call it a career. Remember, John Cena’s retirement lasted almost until the end of 2025. However, AJ Styles left within the first month of 2026. Also, another difference is how the date for Cena’s farewell match was known for months, while Styles’ departure happened in the moment. How and where Copeland retires might be his call. Or, Tony Khan could use his power to pick the time and place.

Everything considered, Copeland’s in-ring career was ended once by WWE due concerns over his health. Eventually, he convinced the doctors and WWE to let him wrestle again. As he noted after his return, he was on borrowed time.

Copeland wants to finish his career on his terms and I totally get it. Now, I’m not liking the idea of how he will seek to become AEW World Champion before calling it a career. AEW should be looking towards the future for their top champion. Will Ospreay, Kyle Fletcher, MJF and Kevin Knight are some of the wrestlers AEW should be bringing into the title hunt.

We have seen Copeland return to pro wrestling to work against and team with Christian Cage. While I think those two wrestling would be a great ending for both careers, that doesn’t seem to be where Copeland is headed.

Whether he retires in six months or a year from now, we are seeing the end of Copeland’s pro wrestling career. I would much rather see him put over younger talent, while also getting a few moments of working with wrestlers from his past for one final time. Adam Copeland never needed a title in AEW to be over and hopefully the promotion doesn’t give him any gold as a way to please him and his fans.

Do you think Adam Copeland will stay retired, or will he return like so many other wrestlers?

TheGreatOne Related I really have fallen out with wrestling, but I do really like the great one as a person so I still support his wrestling videos. Although I really do hope he comes back to this channel and I’d watch whatever. (Made a reddit to post this)

WWE Related Solo Sikoa and his true role

Post image

I know this will sound ridiculous but please keep reading.

What if Solo is a double agent for 946? He may have joined forces with Hobbs and only rejoined the Bloodline in order to destroy the group from the inside out.

Let's not forget that 946 kidnapped Solo but did nothing with him. They just let him go. On first glance, it's bad booking but what if it was just a set up for the big twist.

Solo would have every right to hate his family and joining up with Hobbs is the perfect revenge. Sadly it would mean his friendship with Knight will most likely end but in the mind of Solo, it js a necessary sacrifice.

Now I will admit that this may not happen but if it did it would make the Bloodline drama actually interesting for once.

WWE Related Where do you draw the line between in ring work and real life

Post image
0 Upvotes

I just wanna know if you draw the line or not at all. I have seen this conversation about certain wrestlers where they are actually very selfish or straight up bully behind camera such as JBL was. But no doubt JBL was a great heel for his prime time. And his run with Ron Simmons as APA was also very good. Same goes for Super Cena when he made others not use the burning hammer cause it looked like AA or the time when he decided to destroy any hope for Nexus.

Same goes for JBl who was a backstage bully and targeting new wrestlers in 2000 was normal. Like when multiple wrestlers jumped on Daniel Puder on royal rumble and humiliated him before eliminating him.

I don't think anyone needs to know what Chris Benoit did in real life. But I have seen many ppl appreciate his in ring work a lot. He was a world champion and many still like him.

I have seen many movie stars who get their career ruined due to being exposed as "difficult to work with" or "somewhat abusive" and their career go down the drain and ppl start hating them. Does something like that happen to wrestlers too?
