Título: Starlink é estável para jogos online no PC gamer?
Olá, pessoal!
Já comprei a Starlink residencial e gostaria de saber sobre a experiência de vocês com jogos online no PC gamer.
O ping (latência) é estável durante as partidas?
Obrigado!

After my rental was canceled, my Starlink account page is empty with no support option. How do I reach a person?
I ordered a Starlink dish on a $50 a month rental, but I wasn't able to use it yet.
Then I had a security issue with my card and had to block the charges, which unintentionally canceled the rental agreement.
Now when I log in, the account page is bare, with no support link and nothing to click.
I can't open a ticket, and I can't reach anyone about it.
I've emailed Starlink Resolutions and messaged Starlink on X twice, with no reply.
I still have the dish, and I want to reactivate under a new one-year agreement and keep paying the monthly fee.
If Starlink can make an exception, I'm hoping the $249 hardware charge can be waived.
Has anyone hit this empty account page, and how did you reach a person at Starlink?
Thanks in advance.

i keep getting the jacks down and slides out before realizing the dish is looking into a tree line
Ik i should check for starlink obstructions before setting everything up but honestly, im too lazy, is there an easier way? do u usually run the app's obstruction check while still parked and does it actually predict the dropouts u get later?

Is there a way to keep Starlink stats in the Mac menu bar?
I work out of a van and only check Srarlink on my phone once a call is already falling apart. Is there a way to keep latency and dropouts visible on a MacBook while I work, ideally in the menu bar?

Mini keeps dropping for a few seconds at a new site
I am at a new site with my Starlink Mini mounted on a short pole and powered through a 12V-to-USB-C PD setup. The obstruction map looks mostly clear, apart from a small low patch to the northwest, but I am getting 5–15 second dropouts every few minutes. Latency is otherwise normal at around 35–50 ms, and ping success drops to about 97% during each blip.
The same setup worked fine at my previous site. If it is not an obstruction issue, what else could be causing these brief dropouts?

Starlink website shows capacity reached in my city while opening up if i select another city, can i still select an available city but have delivery address to my real city? Will it be delivered to me and will it still work?
Scalpers have hoarded the units and selling for premium hence the capacity limit not because there are too many active users in my area so will this workaround work?

New to Starlink. My connected devices have a mystery
As said. We just got Starlink. When looking on the app for connected devices....I see our Samsung in Living Room, Bedroom, Roku Sticks in each room. My computer. Husbands Laptop and my Phone and turned on his phone to name it on the system. All ok. 8 devices if they are all on.
BUT...there is a device name that pops up and then off, just long enough and if I am fast enough to touch the screen and be able to say what it is....it says Tayio Yuden. Which seems to be a Japanese devices/software company????? I don't have any other devices...AND our wifi requires a password to connect.
What is this?? Tayio Yuden

Starlink on the road for GeForce Now for a truck driver?
Hello!
Is there any truck driver here who uses Starlink for GeForce NOW while driving around Europe? I’m interested in connection stability, latency, and streaming image quality.

Starlink “Unexpected Location” error since day one — replacement power supply didn’t fix it, but a new kit worked immediately
EDIT: SOLVED - I needed a tech support rep (took a week for them to get back to me) to activate my dish as there was a mix up at the factory between the router and the dish, I needed to get the serial number on the router and give to the tech rep who then activated my dish. Took 10 mins to activate, then worked!
I have an off-grid cabin in Manitoba, Canada, and I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue with my Starlink Standard Gen 4 kit since the day I first set it up.
Immediately after setting it up, I received the “Unexpected Location” error. I tried updating the service address multiple times using different methods, including different address formats and GPS coordinates, but nothing worked.
I’ve spent hours troubleshooting with Starlink Support on several occasions. I’ve tried every possible reset, reboot, and troubleshooting method they recommended, without success.
Starlink’s initial solution was to send me a replacement power supply, which took approximately a week to arrive. Unfortunately, after installing it, I was still getting the exact same error.
I contacted Starlink Support again, and even the representative couldn’t understand why it wasn’t working. They told me they would escalate my case to a specialized department. That was about a week ago, and I still haven’t heard anything back.
Out of frustration, I went to Best Buy and purchased a brand-new Starlink Standard kit for approximately $500 CAD. It was a newer model than my original Standard Gen 4.
I brought it to the same off-grid cabin, set it up, and it worked immediately. No unexpected location error, no troubleshooting, nothing. It was honestly magical after everything I’d been through. (I returned it since)
The frustrating part is that my original Standard Gen 4 kit was provided free through Starlink, whereas the newer kit cost me $500. I only purchased the Best Buy unit to test whether the problem was with my original equipment.
Now, I’ve noticed that Starlink randomly shipped me another Starlink kit a few days ago and initiated a return for my original equipment, without providing much explanation.
I’m confused about what was actually wrong with my original system, especially since a different kit worked immediately at the exact same location.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
Was this some kind of hardware issue, an account activation problem, or something specific to the Standard Gen 4? And has anyone had Starlink unexpectedly ship a replacement kit without explaining what was wrong?
I’d appreciate hearing from anyone who’s dealt with this.
