I couldn't think of a better title for this post, but curiosity is really getting to me right now.

I've lived in Roseville my entire life (27 years), and growing up, this tower on Washington Blvd has quite literally towered over the entire town (it doesn't matter where at in Roseville you are, you can see this thing). I've always wondered: who owns it, how long has it been here, what kind of radio/communication/satellite signals are passing through it, why is it so massive, etc etc, but it was always a curiosity that sat in the back of my mind (until tonight, for some reason).

I tried scouring Google, and this sub, but found absolutely nothing about this particular tower. And was wondering if anybody here actually knows anything about it

Hi all, this is a friendly reminder to talk to your kiddos on bikes, scooters, etc. who are riding in the bike lane or sidewalk on the road. Please make sure they understand that they have to be on the side of the road going with traffic. When they're on the wrong side of the road, this increases the likelihood of an accident. I don't want to see any more kids involved in these accidents.

I'm seeing Roseville Toyota is not popular here to say the least, but wondering if others have had better luck at other Toyota dealerships or if there are good independent shops people have had good experiences with.

I am new to the area and looking for a touchless car wash for when I don’t have time to wash the car myself. I am over by the Costco on baseline so something nearby would be helpful. If anyone has any recs, it would be greatly appreciated.

The Pantry is one of my favorite spots to grab food. They have a lot of delicious items on their menu. In the Fall, the Pumpkin Chai Pancakes are a must have! Depending on what I am in the mood to eat varies. The staff is kind and they go above and beyond! I also enjoyed the Breakfast Flatbread, Pitaquiles, Desi Omlette and Cast Iron Shakshuka. 10/10 across the board!

Hey y'all, I have been trying to get into doing some type of movement during the weekend and possibly after work during the week. Two things that I'd be interested in are possibly joining a run club or a roller skate club. Trying to do my research, I have not seen any clubs of those kinds where people meet up to do a run or just skate around. So I would like to know if there are any people here in (west) Roseville that know of any clubs that meet up. And if not, maybe considering starting something to try to motivate others.

For a run club, I have never been a great runner. I used to run less than 5k years ago. At most now, I can probably do a little bit over a mile non-stop and I can probably run/walk a 5k. I would say i'm a beginner at running for sure.

As for rollerskating, I've always enjoyed just cruising through neighborhoods. So, I would actually enjoy this way more than running but unfortunately I don't actually see people skating in the neighborhood.

I most definitely can do all of this on my own, I know that. But I think it would also be a great way for me to meet new friends and not just be in my own little bubble. Plus it would keep me accountable for actually going out and doing things, hopefully🤞

Joe & the Juice, SKIMS, Figs, and Arc'teryx. All mentioned in a recent conference with Galleria management. This is all on top of the Promenade additions Arhaus, King's Fish House, Design Within Reach, Sweetgreen, Doppio Zero, and Bacio di Latte as well as Free People Movement. So lots of stuff coming to the Galleria next year. They are also filling in the corridor between The North Face / Fabletics and Vuori and there will be new spaces added from that as well.

SKIMS - yes, Kim Kardashian's underwear and activewear brand - is going where Williams-Sonoma currently is. No idea if Williams-Sonoma is leaving the city permanently, but as of now they're not going to be in Roseville come January of 2027. The rest of the new stuff has no confirmed space. It’s sort of an end of an era, as Williams-Sonoma is the last opening day tenant from 2000 to have not remodeled, relocated, or closed.
