Rant 26M - She Had a Boyfriend. I Had Her Weekends

It was around May when I started working for this company, being new to the corporate, I was nervous and scared yet wanted to give my 110%. A girl (24) comes to me and introduces herself. She was supposed to give me an intro about everything , the company, the project, my role etc. I’m completely focused and trying to understand the project since it was very complex. The girl started including me wherever she could , lunch, her group, and I genuinely felt she’s being real nice to me and I was open to it since she was the only one around my age. We vibed pretty well and then one day she out of nowhere asked me what I thought about her. I casually said I like her, we vibe pretty well so yeah I do. Then she asks do I want to fuck? I was shocked and I couldn’t say anything since she asked this during lunch. Then she said she was kidding and it was a joke. But then later than night she texted me again and asked me if I actually wanted to. So I casually said yes I do, because I thought she must be casually asking again but then she asked me to come over.

And we did. I asked her where this is going she said we can keep it casual, like fwb. So I said if any of us gets attached we’ll stop it and she agreed. We got soo into each other that we were hooking up 3-4 times a week post office and I started staying at her place during weekends as well. After 3 months she went home and posted a pic with a guy to which I asked who he is. She said it was her boyfriend. I said we are hooking up since 3 months and you never said anything, she said it didn’t matter since it was long distance and she liked spending time with me more than talking to him and she enjoyed having sex with me.

I haven’t talked to her since then but now I’m craving that intimacy. I crave everything we had since it was so intense and just the way we both wanted it. Idk how to deal with this. I sometimes keep imagining all those things in the middle of the office too.

Marriage Should I get married as a 23F to my boyfriend 23M, or is it too early ?

I’m [23F] and I have a boyfriend [23M]. We have been together for a while now and both of our families know. We were in a live in relationship as well. But he is moving to Europe for his Phd and he will return after 4-5 years. I’m planning to get a masters, but I don’t know where.

My family recommend we get married and move abroad and live together, and I can get my masters in EU as well (they don’t know we were in a live in relationship).

My boyfriend was a bit reluctant and so was I. It feels like we are too young. But if I get to go to the same country as him, I think it’s good ? But I’m very confused? Is it too early? Will I regret it?

PS: My parents won’t send me with him if I’m all alone on my own or if we aren’t married

Marriage A friend of mine(28F) is being subjected to violence in her marriage

Hi Guys,
So I have a very close friend who got married Nov last year.
She had a love marriage.
They were also living together for almost 6 months before getting married.
We always found her husband to be pretentious and someone who has a lot of rage but carefully hides it.
She confessed to us that he pushes her in rage.
Last sunday, they had some disagreement and when she was going to the washroom to cry,her husband pulled her, took her to their bedroom, shut the door and the curtain and pushed her and she hurt her head. There were blood clots on her wrists as well.
And then the guy sat down and started crying saying he will take therapy and handle things because he has some childhood trauma. And she told this was the 4th incident so far.

He drinks a lot with his friends, sometimes goes to the gym and then straight away goes to his friend’s house and comes back at like 12-1 am while my friend has dinners alone while waiting for him and eventually she goes to sleep.

We were also hanging out with her and her husband’s friends where one of his friend’s gf told that she was there in the party which my friend’s husband had claimed to be a boy’s night and when confronted he told” you wouldn’t let me drink and enjoy”.My friend had tears in her eyes.

Thing is he is also forcing her to get pregnant and they have also bought a home together now.
She is unwilling to tell her parents about it because they will stress out and her father is a heart patient.

Sorry for ranting but what do you guys suggest in such a scenario?

Update And after struggling for years, I (28M) am finally free.

We dated on and off for 4-5 years. She would end things every once in a while and then would come back. A pattern that kept repeating itself while I lived with anxiety every day.

One day she would propose marriage but won't take a stand for me at home when her family disapproves only to come back three months later and then disappear again.

Met her after over a year last week and had another fight. Came back home. Cried my heart out. Contemplated jumping off the balcony but alas, it was only three floors. Surviving that jump would have been embarrassing.

And two days later, Nothing. It's like something clicked and I am freed.

I remember listening to Mera Piya Ghar aya when I was on my way to see her.

And now I am listening to the same song as I finish my breakfast and leave for office. Only this time. The song is about me making a come back.

My lungs have never been this full of air and the light in my eyes have not been brighter.

I finally feel lie myself 💜

TLDR: Finally moved on 👊🏼

Relationships Is it okay to have sexual flings while on a break? I 25M and my gf 23F decided to take a break

Me and my gf (or ex) of 6 years recently decided to take a break. We practically grew up together but have noticed since last year that we were branching out. Both our families know about us and have been welcoming. We are both doing well on our careers and pretty much had a very successful relationship so far. Since last year we have been talking about marriage, kids, family, house and everything about our future and I slowly realised that we have a very different outlook on how our future looks.

That caused us to have a lot of arguments and some nasty ones too where we have abused and yelled and even our parents got involved. These fights slowly became more frequent even ones that were unrelated to our future plans became ugly quickly. We both reached a point where we stopped respecting each other and just threw words at each other like it was a competition. To stop this from getting worse she decided to take a break from us. I was fine with it since it was very bad and we had to make it work so anything was fine with me.

Then 2 months into our break she made a plan to travel with her friends to a different city for 10 days(all girls). And 1 day before the trip she asked me if I was fine with her seeing other people, I said I was fine with it (I didn’t think she would actually do it), but after her trip I picked her up from the airport we had a nice dinner, kissed on her stairs and it was looking positive. But later in the night she told me that she went on a date while she was in another city. And that she didn’t do anything with the guy. She just wanted to see how it felt, and in her words she said “it was the worst feeling ever, we didn’t do anything not even hold hands, I realised during the date that I want no one other than you”. My heart sank. I cried. But I was like okay no worries we will make this work. We both said we were sorry and that we will work on it.

We started dating again and for 2 months we were doing well. We went for a small vacation has endless moments and it was all well. But once we returned things started to get ugly again we started arguing and fighting again. There is no specific thing I can point to that will help but just normal couples fights always led to us yelling and abusing at each other. This time I decided and told her we need to take another break cause this way we will get divorced after we marry each other. She said okay.

Now 3 months in i see her going out with friends, partying, working and doing things as usual. And I am out her depressed, I don’t have any friends that would call me their no.1. I had no plans nothing. I was slowly starting to lose respect for myself aswell. But slowly I started working on myself. My fitness. My work. My friends that I hadn’t spoken in years. I was building myself to have self respect before I expect anyone else to respect me.

But during this time I realised that I was horny aswell. So I called her asked her if she was okay with being in a FWB situation (I know dumb but I didn’t know what else to do we were high school sweethearts) she immediately rejected saying she needs to be mentally present and her libido isn’t high enough to suppress that. So I told her I’m gonna see other people casually. And as soon as she heard this she started crying and told me that she could never take me back if I slept with someone else. I reminded her that she went on a date and even though nothing happened you still did and told me that you were fine with me going on dates then why sudden change of heart. She kept crying and told me that we need to make this work and work on ourselves.

Fast forward to today it’s been 6 months since we last slept together. And day by day I can feel my mind explode due to lack of intimacy and attention. Is it wrong for me to see other people while we are on a break?

Marriage 30M my fiance 28F is liking sad reels about her ex

I’m 30M, and I’m in an arranged marriage setup with a 28F. We’ve met several times, and I genuinely like her. However, I’m noticing some things that are making me question whether we’re emotionally compatible and ready for marriage.
Initially, she wasn’t very interested in this match, but gradually things improved, and she started showing interest in me. Things have moved forward, but I still have some concerns.

1. She frequently likes sad reels about her ex.
She has a main Instagram account and a second private account. I don’t have an issue with her having a private account; everyone deserves privacy.
What bothers me is that on her main account, she regularly likes reels about heartbreak, being abandoned by an ex, wondering why he left, and other depressing relationship content. I’m talking about 2–3 such reels almost daily.
I understand that people take time to heal from breakups, and liking reels doesn’t necessarily mean someone still loves their ex. But it makes me wonder whether she’s emotionally ready to move on and build a future with me.

2. She’s very sensitive and gets hurt easily.
She sometimes gets upset over relatively small things and cries easily. I feel she might have some unresolved emotional pain or past trauma, but she’s not comfortable sharing much about it with me.
I don’t expect her to reveal everything about her past, and I don’t want to diagnose her. However, I’m concerned about how we would handle disagreements and stressful situations after marriage.

3. I’m always the one initiating communication.
I almost always initiate calls and messages. She rarely reaches out first.
I understand that people have different communication styles, especially in arranged marriages where feelings may take time to develop. But sometimes I wonder whether she genuinely wants this relationship as much as I do.

4. The effort to meet feels one-sided.
I’ve travelled to her city around 10 times to meet her. She has come to my city only once, and that was to see my house.
I don’t expect everything to be exactly 50–50, but I’d like to feel that she’s also making an effort to spend time with me.
My dilemma:
I genuinely like her, and I don’t want to walk away from a potentially good relationship because of overthinking or insecurities. At the same time, I don’t want to ignore important concerns just because I’m emotionally invested.
I’m particularly worried about whether she’s emotionally available, whether her feelings for me are genuine, and whether the lack of initiative will continue after marriage.
I also recognise that I might be interpreting some things incorrectly. Her private Instagram account, sensitivity, or interest in sad content doesn’t automatically make her dishonest or unsuitable for marriage.

I’d appreciate honest advice, especially from people who have been through arranged marriages or experienced similar situations.
Am I overthinking the Instagram reels, or is it reasonable to discuss emotional readiness with her?
How do I distinguish a reserved person who takes time to open up from someone who isn’t genuinely interested?
Should I continue giving this relationship time, or pause the marriage process until these concerns are resolved?
What conversations should we have before making a lifelong commitment?
I don’t want to judge her unfairly, but I also don’t want to enter a marriage hoping that these issues will magically disappear afterward.

Relationships Am I (22M) wrong for watching P*rn while in a relationship.

Me (22M) and my gf (22F) have been together for 3 years, and our relationship is great apart from one issue.

She wants to wait until marriage for physical intimacy, and I completely respect her decision. However, I have strong sex drive and msturbate around twice a week while watching p*rn.

Her problem is that she wants me to stop watching p*rn completely, but I'm not comfortable agreeing to that. I'm not addicted, and it doesn't affect my daily life.

N*des and intimate video calls aren't an option because she's uncomfortable with them, which I respect.

Sometimes she gets upset about this, and I don't know how to resolve it. I love her, but I also think my feelings matter.

Am I wrong here? Is this a compatibility issue, or can we find a middle ground? I'd appreciate honest opinions.

Marriage (26M) How much you really fall in love in an arranged marriage, and how do you know if the love is genuine?

I've been single my whole life, and I think an arranged marriage will probably be my only option. But I'm scared because I've always wanted a love marriage. I wanted someone to choose me for who I am, to fall in love with me when I was nobody special in their life. That hasn't happened to me.

My question is, can you genuinely fall in love in an arranged marriage? How long does it take, and how do you know if your partner truly loves you or is just making an effort out of obligation?

My biggest fear is living under the illusion of being loved when the feelings aren't real. I'd never want my partner to feel trapped. If they don't develop feelings for me, I'd rather take the blame from society and let them walk away than live in fake love.

I'm also afraid of my future partner's past relationships, if she had any. Will I ever receive the same kind of love she once gave someone else, or will I always have to settle for less?

I'd really appreciate hearing from people who've had arranged marriages. Did you fall in love, and how did you know your partner genuinely loved you?

Relationships Scared my(21F) boyfriend(23M) might leave me for someone else

My boyfriend and I have been together for 4 years, but he moved abroad last year for his master’s. I love him so much, and he feels like family to me, but I’m constantly scared our relationship might not work out.

He has the opportunity to meet someone there, live with them, and experience his twenties, which isn’t possible with me right now. Meanwhile, I’m at home preparing for exams and can’t even call him properly sometimes.

He puts in efforts to keep me whenever I try to break up, and I know he wants to be with me, but I can’t stop fearing that one day he might leave me for someone who can be physically present in his life. How do I deal with this insecurity?

Relationships Girls, would you date a guy who has paid for sex in the past? I genuinely need your opinions. 28M

.

I'm 28, single, and honestly, lonely as fuck sometimes. 😭

It's not like I've given up on love or anything. I still believe I'll find someone eventually. But so far, things haven't really worked out.

I've approached girls I liked, but they weren't interested. Some girls have shown interest in me, but I didn't feel the same connection. It's always been one-sided somehow.

And I don't want to get into a relationship just for the sake of being in one. I want someone I genuinely like, someone who likes me back, someone I can share my life with.

But I have no idea when that's going to happen. Maybe next year, maybe in three years, maybe five. Who knows?

Now here's where my actual question comes in.

I'm planning a trip to Thailand, and I've been considering experiencing paid sex while I'm there.

I'm single. I'm not cheating on anyone. I'm not emotionally involved with anyone. And yes, I have sexual desires too, just like everyone else.

Sometimes I wonder why I should keep waiting for a relationship just to experience physical intimacy.

But then another thought came into my mind.

What if I meet the love of my life three or five years from now?

Imagine we genuinely love each other. We're compatible, we understand each other, and everything feels right.

And one day she finds out that, back when I was single, I paid a sex worker for sex.

Would that change how she sees me?

Would she lose respect for me? Would she think I'm not the kind of guy she wants to marry? Or would she simply see it as something I did when I was single, before she was even part of my life?

That's what I'm genuinely curious about.

Because personally, I don't think someone's entire character should be judged based on one consensual sexual experience from their past. But I also understand that people have different values and boundaries.

And I'm not going to call someone narrow-minded just because they wouldn't accept it. Everyone has their own preferences when choosing a partner.

The thing is, I haven't actually done anything yet. I'm just considering it.

And before making that decision, I want to understand how women generally feel about this.

I'm not asking whether prostitution is morally right or wrong in general. I'm specifically asking whether a man's history of paying for sex would affect your willingness to have a serious relationship with him.

So women of Reddit, I have three genuine questions:

  1. Would you date or marry a guy who had paid for sex in the past, while he was single?

  2. Would your opinion change if he was completely honest about it rather than hiding it?

  3. Would you see it differently if he had done it out of loneliness and physical frustration rather than because he preferred sex workers over relationships?

I'm not looking for validation or encouragement. If it's a dealbreaker for you, please say so. I'd genuinely like to understand why.

Maybe hearing different perspectives will help me figure out whether this is something I actually want to experience or just an impulsive thought coming from loneliness.

And please, let's have an actual discussion instead of turning the comment section into a roasting session again. 😭

TL;DR: I'm 28, single, lonely, and considering paid sex during an upcoming Thailand trip. But I'm worried that a future girlfriend or wife might judge me for it. Women, would you accept a partner who paid for sex in the past while single, or would that be a dealbreaker?

Relationships 26F Partner had made “sister” like friends from dating apps who was jealous of me but never admitted and when issues happened, she amplified it while looking like advisor! She never joined our plans when I dated him except two dinners but suddenly they hang out a lot now! Can’t he see it?

My partner had apparently made several “sister-like” friends through dating apps who eventually became his chief advisors, despite him refusing to acknowledge their influence. I believe one of them couldn’t stand seeing how deeply he loved and prioritised me, especially when she lacked that kind of love and devotion in her own life. Perhaps seeing him genuinely happy and invested in me triggered her jealousy, prompting her to subtly plant doubts, distort perceptions, and influence how he viewed me. What makes it worse is that he seems incapable of recognising how supposedly well-meaning outsiders could have shaped his opinions, amplified my flaws, and undermined our relationship. I believe he was manipulated into seeing me differently, yet he will probably never acknowledge that someone he trusted may have played a role in turning him against me.

Marriage I 32M found someone 28F from matrimony, and I think I like her too,but...Need advice from married folks!!

So I (32/M) have been talking to this girl for the past 2 months. We met through arranged marriage setup, have met only once though since we live in different cities. We don't have many common interests, but as far as we have talked i found her to be pretty nice. Now the things are moving pretty fast, like families are planning next steps. But the problem is I like her, but I don't know if I am able to see her as a lover yet. It's not like I don't like something about her or I have found any faults in her. I have had a bad breakup a few years back and I haven't been in a relationship ever since. I like her character and family is also quite nice. So married guys, please help!!

Should I proceed further? Does love really happen after marriage?

I don't want to miss out on someone who is really nice and have a good character. At the same time don't want to spoil our lives too!!

Relationships 20f , wanna know how normal is abuse in relationships

My ex and I broke up three months ago after being in a relationship for four years. I was the one who ended the relationship, but we still find it difficult to let go of each other. We’re currently in a situationship/FWB arrangement because neither of us seems able to completely move on.

A lot has happened between us, and I don’t want to make this post unnecessarily long. However, one of the biggest issues I had during our relationship was his abusive language.

I repeatedly told him that I wasn’t comfortable with the way he spoke to me, especially when he casually used abusive words during conversations or arguments. His response was that he couldn’t control it, that using such language was normal, and that there was nothing wrong with partners abusing each other verbally. He also argues that the things I taunt him of during fights are much worse than simply using abusive language.

I understand that some couples casually use swear words with each other and that every relationship has its own boundaries. But there’s a difference between mutually comfortable banter and using abusive language towards your partner when they have repeatedly expressed that it hurts them.

What bothers me most is that even after I communicated how uncomfortable it made me, he continued doing it and dismissed my feelings. Even rn when we are no more in a relationship, we have arguments and he abuses me casually and it hurts me like hell and he then blames me for overreacting!

So, I want to ask: How common is abusive language in relationships, and does that make it normal or acceptable? Is it reasonable to expect your partner not to use abusive language towards you once you’ve clearly expressed that it hurts you? Or am I overreacting by considering this a serious issue in a relationship?

Relationships Need advice financial situation of my(M26) family and if it can affect my relationship/marriage in future

I (26M) am worried abkut my family's financial difference to that of my girlfriend's and if it can cause issues in the future if we get married

Firstly about the two of us, we are doing pretty well in our lives and are saving up consistently, have our financials stable and sorted to lead a comfortable life

Now come the families. Both of us come from different places financially and how the families think about money, with her family being well-off with good investments savings and land while mine does not have any (lost them because of stupid family dynamics between my dad and his siblings). So my dad basically earns enough to get by decently and thats about it. Virtually no savings for my marriage or my younger sister's. Now about me, if I plan to marry when I am planning to, I'll have to spend about 50% of my savings into that (which can be brought down of it isnt a financially wise choice), but then I have my sisters wedding as well, which in the worst case, which is if nothing changes, might fall upon me to atleast partially fund.

My girlfriend's family being really well-off also bothers me and I keep thinking if she'll have to adjust a lot just to be with me. Now I dont plan on staying with my parents after marriage atleast for the first few years for sure but then thinking about these things makes me wonder if both of us being financially stable will not be enough in this kind of a situation

Bear in mind I have my extended family as well who are literally useless POSs who feed off my dad and would not think twice before cutting him off if he does not earn tomorrow so that dynamic is another thing that I dont want my girlfriend to go through.

I am looking for solid opinions on how much of a problem this can be and if it can be solved by handling financials smartly if anyone has done it. I know it wont be all as easy but if theres a way for me to make it work with her by doing things right, I'd love to hear it

Marriage M26 my gf is super richer than me should I have to continue my relationship?

Hi, I’m 26 years old and need some advice. I’ve been in a relationship since 2023 with a girl who truly loves me. We’re really compatible, we care deeply for each other, and hardly ever fight. Overall, I feel happy and lucky to have her in my life.

But there’s something that’s been bothering me. We come from very different financial backgrounds—her family is extremely rich, like 100 times richer than mine, maybe even more. I don’t care about caste or status, but I’ve heard things during our calls conversations, her mom, sisters, or other family members are classist—that make me feel anxious. They seem to look down on people who aren’t as wealthy, and I fear being judged by them, not just now but also in the future when it comes to marriage, family expectations, and living standards.

This really gets to me because I’m quite sensitive when people judge me for things beyond my control. I often end up feeling really bad, even if I haven’t done anything wrong. The thing is, my girlfriend is nothing like them—she’s kind, understanding, and doesn’t treat me any differently because of where I come from. But I still worry a lot about how her family sees me and whether I’ll ever be “enough” for them.

I’m sharing this because I genuinely want to understand what really matters in the long run. Has anyone faced something similar? How do I deal with these feelings of insecurity and judgment? What should I focus on moving forward?

Relationships 21M confused about a short dating history with Bestf

• Upvotes

So I have this childhood best friend, we’re really close grew up together. Back in school years back there was a phase where our dumbasses thought to date and we did which lasted for 20 days. We ended it since it wasnt the right thing for us and we were better off as friends. Nothing sexual has ever happened except for a one time peck ( which was like half a lip as we pulled out of it ) .
Other than that we ended up being same old bestf shes like a sister to me and its been like 5 years to that incident.
What i am wondering is if future partners would have an issue with this? Really confused

Relationships 31M Allowed Friend importance on my relationship, she hated not being chosen in life & destroyed my relationship by manipulating me against my girlfriend who was 8 years younger & needed to be understood, don’t take advice from friends guys they’re miserable in their own life even if they chat well

Sometimes, relationships don't fall apart because two people stop loving each other. They fall apart because outsiders interfere, plant doubts, fuel misunderstandings, and turn temporary problems into reasons to walk away.

The real culprits are often the friends who overstep boundaries, judge a relationship they never fully understood, and influence someone against the person they once loved. They hear one side of the story, repeatedly bring up past mistakes, reinforce resentment, and disguise their personal biases as genuine concern.

Some outsiders cannot stand seeing someone else experience the love, commitment, and devotion they desire for themselves. Others simply enjoy being the trusted advisor without considering the damage their opinions can cause. They rarely see the private moments of love, sacrifices, apologies, and growth—yet feel entitled to influence decisions that affect two people's lives.

But the partner who allows this interference also has a responsibility. How can you let people who never lived your relationship, witnessed its deepest moments, or understood your bond dictate its future? Why give outsiders more authority than your own experiences with the person you loved.

Friends should not fuel resentment, separation, and respect boundaries rather than insert themselves into private matters.

Outsiders may plant the seeds of doubt, but a relationship can only be poisoned when their opinions are allowed to outweigh trust, independent judgment, and direct communication. Sometimes, the saddest part is that the people who contribute to a relationship's destruction never have to live with the consequences— the two people who actually loved each other do.

Relationships 26F Jealous Resentful Female friend broke our relationship by getting into my partner’s head like an advisor, she was disappointed how he upgraded himself after dating me and she blew her opportunity, she seemed very resentful of people cause she was an orphan, we had issues but we could fix it

When third-party advice ruins a relationship
It hurts to watch your partner suddenly give so much weight to the opinions of a new group of friends he didn't even have a year ago, as though their judgment should dictate how he lives his life. I knew his deepest, sweetest side—the softness in his voice and the person he was with me. It's heartbreaking that, although I struggled to process my emotions during a difficult period, a relationship that meant so much to me could fall apart instead of being given the chance to heal.
One female friend, in particular, always seemed jealous of our relationship. They met through a dating app and developed a supposedly sibling-like dynamic. I noticed what looked like a change in her expression when she learned we were doing well, which made me question her intentions.

I asked a friend whether they'd randomly break up with their partner simply because someone kept presenting reasons to do so, and their answer was an emphatic no. They would never listen to any friend or the internet regarding their relationship which has varying stages and contexts nobody has lived through and the sacrifices people have made. He knew me, our relationship, and the good we shared, yet he allowed other people's judgments to carry so much weight in a decision that was ultimately his to make. I can acknowledge my shortcomings without believing our relationship deserved to be discarded. Ultimately, he was responsible for his own choices, and it's heartbreaking to feel that outside opinions may have contributed to the destruction of something that could have been worked through with communication, understanding, and mutual effort.

Rant relationship with my boyfriend feels like a deadbeat marriage 23f 24m

Our relationship is very new, 2.5 months but it doesn't have any spark or lost all of it recently. I feel like everything he does is halfheartedly. Recently there was an event and I dressed in a traditional form, he complimented me and everything but deep down I wanted him to do something special. Around 1 month I actually asked him to give me flowers out of the blue and he immediately agreed and said he'll buy them tomorrow for me but he actually never did. If I'm ever sad or not feeling well he will show care only by words but never do anything to make my situation better or offer any help. We both work and in the middle of such a hectic schedule I've started feeling that he doesn't make my life any easier or happier. Some days it feels good to see and meet him, other days I don't feel any emotion at all. He is a very good person overall, honest and hardworking but I don't want to continue this at all

So what happened after that eye contact on Monday the office was empty first when we saw each other we said hi and after some time she just approached me asking about things like how it's going and all then she asked how it's going in life what I do on weekends so I told her some things that I'm into sports then ask her. Then she told me about a place where we can drink and play a sport and challenge each other and firstly she was telling me to go with my friends then after sometime she asked me to go with her so I told her we would go. After that she asked me for a walk then I told her that I just refused my manager for a walk then she said just for a quick walk and we went for a walk we did some talks and she also told me about her stories with so much charm and energy and then she asked me for a pasta break but I was getting late so I msged her let's meet next working day and eat so she said donzies.

What I think is she is just like this socializing, affable.

And I'm confused if she likes me

Relationships How to deal with slight physical intimacy mismatch in a relationship (I’m 27F and my partner is 36M) ?

I 27F am in a good relationship with a guy since four- five months and everything is fine except the fact that i feel I’m too much into him which makes me want to be touchy touchy with him all the time out of love. He on the other hands also enjoys it but not to my extent and probably gets overstimulated at times. Although I do understand where he is coming from, it still hurts my feelings when he refuses my advances.

What should I do ? Has anyone been in my situation? It’s taking up my mental space and idk what to do. I want him only so don’t want to break up

Dating Advice Where can I meet girls who genuinely spark my curiosity? [23M]

• Upvotes

Dating apps feel like hookupDotCom, and I've already had my DU experience. To me, college was the perfect place to meet someone: working together on projects, preparing for exams, doing our assignments, exploring new things, and somewhere along the way, unexpectedly becoming more than just classmates.

Now college is over, and the usual alternatives don't seem much better.

I'm open to dating, I just don't want dating to become a full-time job.

I met a girl during college who kinda raised the bar for me, so maybe that's why dating feels a little harder now.

Any suggestions?

Dating Advice Me 24M and my girlfriend 22F have been doing pretty well, but things got complicated when she told me about this couple from her college

She knows the guy and has spoken to him a few times, while she talks to the girl quite often. Recently, she told me that this guy had saved one of her pictures on Snapchat. She says she’s uncomfortable with it too and has deleted the saved snap multiple times, but she deliberately left one picture saved because she wants him to message her (which he did btw) so she can show her friend what he’s doing and help her deal with him.
I’ve made it pretty clear that I’m not comfortable with this, but she still seems to think it’s justified because she’s trying to help her friend. Honestly, I don’t know how to react to this. Technically, she hasn’t cheated on me and I understand that her intentions might be to protect her friend, but I still feel like this is unnecessary and crosses a boundary in our relationship.
I genuinely don’t know what I should do or how I should feel about this situation
