Idea:
Quickly try to setup non ex Garchomp (with the help of Meowth/Copycat draw).
Start discarding extra non ex Garchomp, Meowth, pokeball and stadium depending on the situation, to set up Mega garchomp and dragonair.

Other tech cards you can add/replace:
1. Meowth can be replaced with Drampa, Goomy or Munchlax. I have used Meowth to give me both draw and stall.
2. Red: To handle M. Sceptile or M. Blaziken without cape.
3. Field blower: To handle M. Lucario or M. Altaria with cape
I did not need Cyrus in my run.

I feel like with them making it so easy to get to masterball recently especially this season with the win streaks they plan on making some big ranked changes in c series. Does anyone think there’s a reason to get to the threshold that keeps you in ultra ball 4 or no?

Hi, in light of Step-Up battles disappearing next month, I wanted to ask for some help. I've been slowly working through them all for the hour-glass rewards and I suddenly realized that after this they will probably rework some things and give us a whole new single player experience.

So, I was wondering if you guys could share your nastiest, scummiest, down right evil decks with me.

The decks you wouldn't dare use against another person because it is downright deplorable. Your stall decks. Your worse sleep decks. Genuinely give me your most reprehensible collection of cards because some of these expert level decks are actually making me so annoyed right now.

I have multiples of every single normal card in the game, so I'm not too worried about being unable to build it.

So please, send me your most horrifying decks this season.

Simple Ray, but with drud and poison to counter sleep scum. Works really well. I'd say maybe add a cyrus, but honestly I never needed it. Drud gave me time to ramp Ray up enough to one shot any heavy hitters, if I didn't take them out with him alone.

I tried building multiple decklists for him, i tried dragonair chomp, i tried mantine chomp, i tried religar chomp with a copy of him. But he is legit so bad bruh...

I feel like Mega Garchomp is the first promo ex that really has a chance to be in the meta. There really isn’t any other card that can consistently hit for 190 damage multiple turns in a row. After playing around with it for a bit, I feel like this is the best version of it so far.

I’ve seen most people are pairing the Mach Stealth Garchomp with the mega, but I feel like the Reckless Shearing Garchomp works better. It doesn’t have the sweep potential, but the extra draw is really important for getting multiple stage 2s on the board. Being able to get through the deck has saved multiple game for me so far. Also, it can attack a turn sooner with only 2 energy.

How has everyone else felt about this guy so far.

Since the arent going to give us nice things like TWO extra packs to open per day, i think a good random idea that should be included in your monthly subscription is that you can have multiple trades ongoing at the same time. Its so tedious waiting for people to respond to trade offers.

I’m playing a aceptile/butterfly vs Hoopa. I led with treeko and after a few turns had evolved treeko into grovoyle and had caterpie on the bench. My Grovoyle got knocked out and so before the end of the turn caterpie came to the active spot and then the then ended. I didn’t have any metapods in my hand as you can see - both were in my deck. It should have auto evolved caterpie into Metapod allowing me to then evolve Butterfree. But nothing happened and I could only evolve to Metapod the next hand? You can see in the first pic the battle log where caterpie was put into the active spot before Pokémon checkup then it became my turn (no Metapod in my hand). The second picture shows my discard pile. No Metapod there. Am I taking crazy pills? Is it a bug. I’ve been playing with and against this deck for months and feel like caterpie should have evolved

The drop events are notorious for giving me suspiciously bad luck, but this was intermediate. Why am I already suffering? Lol I can't win by turn 14, if I don't get an electric energy until 15!

Who got a Mega Garchomp ex deck for me? This is what I have drafted so far. Being a dual-type mega deck is going to be difficult to pilot no matter what but I feel as though this is a good place to start. Also you can’t lose points in ranked matches this season no matter what so why not give this silly guy a try!

I don't know why this card is so wanted which is on par with Cyrus and Sabrina in exchanging trades. I'm on lvl 60 and till this day I rarely seen this card used in battles. i am wondering why Irida is in top 5 wishlisted card yet no one used it in battles?

Comparing to Mega Rayquaza:

- 220 HP means it is outside of Lucarios OHKO (basic Lucario + Arena of Antiquity + Korrina = 210 damage)
- 190 damage means it will OHKO Mega Lucario and other Megas. You can even swap it in to the active before Mega Lucario to knock out a pokemon unless Lucario has a cape
- 3 energy compared to 4 on Rayquaza (190 compared to 200 damage) but in order to do another strong attack you need both Dragonairs compared to only one for Garchomp
- Garchomp takes more effort to build than Rayquaza but together with Drampas you can usually stall long enough to build him on the bench. Of course this is it’s main weakness since your deck will brick sometimes
- Stalling until you get Garchomp online will always put you at the risk of a Sabrina when you lost two point before you could build it since you can’t use it without at least one Dragonair on the bench
- One of Rayquazas biggest advantage is that you can pair it with Gouging Fire. Otherwise Rayquaza would be the worse card in my opinion

All in all I want to say it is definitely one of the better promo cards.
