according to what i looked up these could be backup files but ive tried everything to remove them and i can't. Any help would be amazing.

I want to transfer my files from my Windows 11 system to another SSD running Windows 10.

i flashed a new bios update on my pc. Since then I cant open any app at all task manager or anything. None of my startup apps start with the pc turning on. Is it geeg?
