Is my pc bottlenecking

I recently got a new gaming PC and downloaded a few games, including Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and Minecraft. All of them ran perfectly, with no issues. I was getting around 200–300 FPS in R6 Siege and up to 600 FPS in Rocket League.

However, when I downloaded Rust, I noticed right away that I was only getting around 80 FPS. I know Rust is a demanding game, but I opened Task Manager to see what was going on and noticed that my RAM, which is rated for 3600 MT/s, was only running at around 2300 MT/s.

I went into my BIOS and increased the RAM speed to 3600 MT/s. When I launched Rust again, my FPS improved significantly, but the game crashed after about 10 minutes of playing. I lowered the RAM speed back to its original setting to prevent further crashes.

Now I'm wondering if one of my PC components is bottlenecking another or if there's an issue with my RAM, motherboard, or CPU. I'm trying to figure out what's causing the low FPS in Rust and whether I need to upgrade anything.

Here are my PC specs:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900X with an RGB dual-chamber cooler

- GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5070 with 8GB of VRAM

- RAM: 32GB DDR4 rated at 3600 MT/s

- Motherboard: ASRock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac

- Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD and 500GB hard drive

- Case: Lian Li O11 Vision

- Connectivity: Wi-Fi

Black screen on boot, but monitor detects connection. PC lights up, fans spin. Worked after reseating components last time, now broken again.

Hi everyone, I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC and hoping someone can help.

The issue:

When I turn on my PC, all the LEDs light up, fans start spinning, and my keyboard/mouse light up as well. However, the screen remains completely black.

The monitor definitely senses the connection: when I unplug the cable, it says "No Signal", but when I plug it back into the GPU, the "No Signal" message disappears, yet the screen stays completely black.

What happened before:

I had this exact same problem in the past. To fix it back then, I tried everything: I pulled out and reseated the RAM, removed the CMOS (BIOS) battery multiple times, and re-seated the graphics card. After many attempts, it randomly booted up and worked fine.

What happened now:

The PC was turned off and just sitting idle for about a week. Today, I tried turning it on, and the same issue came back out of nowhere. Nothing was changed in the hardware, but it’s back to a black screen.

My System Specs:

CPU: [ryzen 7 5800x]

GPU: [asus rx9070 prime ]

RAM: [2x8gb 3000mhz and 2x8 3200mhz Kingston fury]

Motherboard: [asus Prime B550M-A]

Power Supply 750w bronze thermaltake

Has anyone experienced this before? What could be causing this recurring issue if reseating parts only fixes it temporarily?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
