Bro got inspired by my post on Socionics sub, I got inspired by your post here and got to posting it here as well, thanks to ya!!
1) You suddenly have $10,000,000, what do you do with it?
Buying a good apartment. Might as well buy several and rent em out. Anyways, home is definitely the first problem I gotta solve. Getting to live at a really good place, completely owning it, not owing payments to anyone, not depending on anyone that could come in to check on how I'm living and how's the place kept, or has some rules like "no animals", "no decorations" or whatever. As it's mine, I can live however I want there.
- Quitting job and dropping out of college. I guess now that I have this amount of money, I can do a favor to my mental health by stopping interacting with crazy people, their demands, expectations, awful behavior, having to obey to them for the better; not stressing over responsibilities, deadlines, difficulties, academic debts. I could finally afford sleeping well too. Actually, as I'm not interested in studying, and I only study for having a decent job that will ensure I live, getting those life-changing money will quickly turn me to dropping out. I'd actually be glad to cross it out of my life with no further problems.
- Trying to pursue a hobby-related career. I don't have any liabilities, so I can dedicate to it as much time as it requires for some kinda effect. If it turns out well, I could probably be successful at it, otherwise I lose nothing, because I still live good and money is not the problem. There's no "do or die" mindset anymore, and no "I tried to become a rapper, and now I'm poor and homeless with no job and no degree at 30" arc as well, I just spend my time comfortably doing what I like, maybe it leads somewhere, but I'm not going to be too upset if it doesn't.
- Living my best life. I can afford spending in a day the amount I'm not even able to spend in a regular day. Even if I don't make any investments, 10 millis can keep me enjoying my life as long as I'm physically able to enjoy it.
2) If you got to choose a completely useless talent to master, which one would it be?
If it being "useless" means I can't make any money out of it, then it doesn't matter a lot. I guess I'm just sticking to what I enjoy doing and maybe impressing someone with it. Maybe mastering some video game with a high skill ceiling and playing it nearly the professional level. Maybe I'd want to master shooting basketballs, like overall I'm weak and I'm bad at sports, but sometimes I go out with my friend and we do it as a background while talking. Maybe sound designing, as I enjoy doing it and sometimes it's a bit sad that I spend time doing it pointlessly with no results. If it's about something new, I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea to master chess (can't find time and motivation to learn it) or drawing (I was never able to draw well. I'm 21 and I'm still drawing like a 5-7-years-old. Not a big problem of mine, but I think it doesn't do me any favors).
3. If you had to choose any fictional character to be real, which one would it be and why?
Some cute and caring anime girl with xSFJ type, so I will wife her and live happily ever after. Just kidding. But otherwise I have no idea. I don't think I've ever wished some fictional character to be real, because what would I do with them at all? Okay, maybe I'd like to have a personal genie that fulfils everything I wish for. I'm pretty sure something like this exists. I'm the strongest opponent of "everything has to be deserved" and "when everything is just handed to you, it loses the value" mentality. No, people just don't know how to enjoy life. Also, skipping working stage and getting everything straight leads to having more time and life power to enjoy it all.
4. You wake up one day and realize that nobody remembers who you are, what do you do?
I assure you, if it's my weekend, it's gonna take a lotta time to realize it. While I'm sitting comfortably with a drank and a pizza and playing something, it's rather me who doesn't realize who others are. Well, if it happens in a weekday, I'm scared and worried. It's just creepy overall, like people have no idea you exist. The realization is probably gonna hit hard. The creepier it gets when you realize that you can't get any favors from anyone, like you used to. Like there's no friends anymore, no employer that will pay you for your job, because they all don't even know you, now you survive alone. I will try to get their "memory" back, but something tells me that if it already happened, then it's something beyond my understanding. I know my answer isn't super full, because I don't even understand it fully. Just the obvious kinda things.
5. Your entire search history gets leaked; how worried are you from a scale of 1-10?
- 100. A lot. A lot more than I maybe should. Not because I think I'm crazy and I searched way more awful things than most (maybe a bit, but not full on psycho). The thing is more about having my privacy exposed. I have really huge problems with privacy. I had an unstable household, where everything with no ability to predict accurately could've resulted in punishment (physically too), guilt trips and scolding. That's why I have no idea what's safe and what's not anymore. I don't know what to expect with people, what exactly would catch their eyes in what they'll see, and how would they react, what's the aftermath for me, how would I recover when things get tough. If they have an intention, they could nitpick literally everything, so I'd rather show nothing, so there's definitely no unwanted attention. One time at college my deskmate took my phone out my hands and started scrolling through my contact list (nothing much, like there was my family and some of my friends, but anyways), I instantly panicked, took it back and blocked it, because he put his nose where he's not supposed to. He said I overreacted. I said next time he gets his face smashed right into this desk. He haven't done it anymore, but I'm still ready. I have a strong disdain for people who have zero education and respect for personal boundaries, and then even dare to turn their own ignorance into my interrogation.
6. A friend calls you at 3 AM and says: "Don't ask questions, just bring a shovel", what's your response?
Let's start with the fact that no one is able to reach me at 3 AM. I'm sleeping and my phone and other means of contacting are turned off. The only way to reach me in this time is probably a fire alarm, and I guess sometimes I can ignore it too. I can't sleep comfortably when there's a room for this 3 AM call. I always turn off my phone in case it rings and wakes me up, I always put fuming so mosquitoes can't wake me up too. And there still were like three or four consecutive days when I was stressed before sleeping because what if fire alarm rings and disturbs me, and I couldn't fall asleep because of this.
Given I answered the call and even have my mind clean enough to speak, I don't have the shovel, and probably I need an explanation tf is going on. If things are tough, I can get to a friend to provide moral supporting and my company if they really need it. If it's about what it's supposed to mean, I'm not going to participate in any kind of criminality. I value my friends but my paranoia would eat me alive after this. And actually my friends aren't about being involved in something like it.
7. Someone challenges your intelligence in front of everybody. Do you care?
This annoys me and I'm not going to participate. I don't care if it's about intelligence or something else, as in I don't put intelligence first or last. I'm not the one to actively defend my capabilities when challenged. Well, if I have no choice then I'm worried both about my reputation and the result itself. Actually, back then, my dad used to "challenge me intellectually" by walking into my room, interrupting everything I've been doing, and starting bombing me with the "logical problems". I'm not the one that's into all this pseudo intellectual shit, so I was always refusing to answer because I didn't know the answer and wasn't down to figure it out. But he wouldn't let it slide, going like "Turn your brain up, just think, it's easy", and I swear it was never fucking easy. I was so annoyed by this shit.
8. You can watch one moment from your future with no context, which age/date are you choosing?
What does a moment mean and what does no context mean? If it means that I get to pick like a certain date in the calendar and then see how's the day going to answer all my internal questions without asking them directly, then ok. In this case I'm picking my birthday, but after 7-8 years. It will give me the clearest understanding of whatever I wanted to understand. Who's with me, do I still have friends, do I have a partner, do I have anyone that I would want to celebrate with, what relationships I'm in with people I know now, did my current plan go well, if not then am I still happy?; if yes, then was it worth it?, do I have a job, is it paid good and am I kept there well, where do I live, does it look good, do I look good myself? It'd also be mad fun to listen to the future-me thoughts in that day, like by then I usually reminisce about my deepest wishes, were they fulfilled at least once? Do I still wish for it or I got something else to want, and do I wish at all? I don't know where the "no context" stops my idea, but that's what I do if I just can't ask any questions.
9. You have to spend an entire week handcuffed to one person, who would it be?
I hope whoever pulled out this weird ass experiment took care of how can we both afford it with always being in the same place instead of attending different jobs/colleges. In the vacuum, I'd probably choose my best friend. Well, the more I think about it, the more inconveniences arise, and there still are many I haven't thought about, so no matter who I choose, it's gonna be an uncommon experience, to say least. At least in each other's company we're both not going insane. We already happened to be living in the same place for a week, but without the handcuffs. It was fun, and I guess the fun itself isn't going to disappear anywhere. But generally it's an awful experience no matter how you look at it. At least if not talking about kinks.
10. If there's a person you strongly don't like for some reason, but your best friend does, do you let them know? If you do, how do you go about it?
Not sure. I know how do people react to these moments. If my disdain is strong enough so I can't hold it in (not what happens for no reason, there should be one), I'm telling, but I make sure to be as adequate and friendly about it as it gets. I'm gonna point at the fact that it's only my subjective opinion, that I don't force my friend to do anything about what I say, that it doesn't minimize them as my friend if they keep communicating. Their life is theirs and all the choices are up to them, and I respect every opinion of theirs, even if I don't agree. If there's no super hard dislike and our friendship doesn't get damaged by that person, I can keep it to myself, after all everyone dislikes something and someone, I can live with it.
Lemme know what you think about it!!
