Anyone please advice me which laptop should I buy for 60k

Hi. Im 2nd year cse Student. Im thinking to get a new laptop the current one of mine is basic one basic coding is only done nothing else. Please tell me which one should I get? Like its specifications? RAM? Storage ? Graphics card etc? It should be under 1lakhs.

I did though about "Mac neo" but idk im a bit skeptical cause apple has high security and idk which apps will work and which won't? Is it worth buying? Or what other suggestions for you guys suggest!!

After opening brave or chrome, then use one or two tab including ai studio my laptop starts to hang. Completely turned off extenstions and new page of brave is blank. Now I never removed back panel myself to clean it because I never opened a laptop before. Now what should I do? Turned of defender and update but still same issue can't even do office work.

so im not sure how to find out what the laptop is but its a hp laptop i bought at the start of 2024. i havent used it since the end of last year, and its just been sitting in a case undisturbed. i need the laptop for next year, but was misplaced the charger that came with it so i bought a new one, it and the laptop are both 19.5V so i think thats fine? the charging cable fits in fine and it looks the exact same as the old one. however the orange charging light isnt appearing, and instead when i press the power button, it flashes a white light 3 times and thats it. if ive done something stupid please let me know thanks :D

But they are already succeeding my **budget (≤₹60k), after looking i dont think i could get laptop for my use under 60k so please suggest a laptop between ₹55k-₹65k**
