In my opinion, if and when Dorn comes back to the setting. He should be the ONLY person that kills Abbadon...here me out...Abbodon killed Sigismund ( with help from the Chaos gods ) but Dorn doesn't know this. Dorn comes back and finds out and crashes out!!! Takes the only fuckers crazy enough to put in the work ( Black Templars ) and they commence to walk the dog with the black legion, ultimately having a showdown with Abbadon...oh at this point Dorn has the Emperors Talons and Abbadon The talons of Horus....what say you???

Do you get to re-roll hit of 1 if the unit is entrenched? This means Tor’s and Darnarh’s units always are re-rolling hit rolls of 1? I see the keyword entrenched is used in a few strategem…

Hello brothers! I just finish painting my first batch of imperial fists for 30k and I’m wondering what is the lore accurate look of the sergeant helmet??? I have seen some that are red with an white line going from top to bottom, some just yellow with an red line going from top to bottom and some with just a normal red helmet with no plume.

I understand red helmets became a thing because of the ultramarines and was codex compliant for sergeants but what is the correct look for a sergeant at let’s say the siege of terra before the first founding?

What do you all consider “Essential Reading” for the Imperial Fists?

I’ve recently fallen in love with Royal Dorn and his sons after listening to the 40K Lorecast on them, and Dorn skyrocketed his way to my favorite loyalist primarch after learning about his role in the Heresy and the Scouring.

Hey yall, i an looking at starting my second army and I wanted to make a "proxy" army(mainly just named/important characters) for either Carcharodons or the Minotaurs. I have come to the decision that if I do minotaurs I would want them to use the imperial fist rules. Seeing as while not confirmed I believe they are a successor of the fists. That mixed with I feel like dorn will be the next primarch released(probably delusion).

So im reaching out to get experienced players opinions on what should a list look like at 1000 to 2000 along with detachments. Or maybe some good suggestions on first purchases.

I've been building my Imperial Fists army for 1.5 years and I'm super proud of what I've accomplished so far.

The army mainly consists of the Armageddon and Iron Halo Strike Forces. I’m not quite done with these yet.

Captain forgot his red helmet, was gonna paint over it but I love the way the yellow turned out - is that annoying for a opponent ?
