Has Honda increased maintenance prices?
I got a code of 0129, looking at $387, I feel like the prices have jumped up (canada based)

Hi guys,
I just bought my first car, which is a 2008 Honda Civic. I have read the manual and I am confused on how to turn on my low beams when driving at night. The only indicators I have are shown above. It is possible I need to put in new low beam lights, but can someone please help me understand.
Please no judgment! Thank you!

So I bought a used (only 4500miles) CRV hybrid from the dealer, its Honda certified and everything. The next day, I noticed that there is a crack on the middle of the Windshield, it looks like the crack is caused by impact and it spread for an inch. I checked the inspection report and it didnt mention this crack.
I called the dealer, they said they might be able to fill it and fix it, but they need to inspect it first.
Now I am in a dilemma, should I insist on replacing the whole windshield since the fix wont be permanent , or ask for compensation or go further and I ask for refund or exchange.

Everything is in CAD$ btw.
Looking to see if I got a good deal on the lease for this car, I’m planning to do a 40 month lease with an additional 5520$ down payment.
Traded in my 14’ civic for $8,100 CAD, had 1 accident reported for a claim of 7,900 with 109k km clicks. Was that also a good price?
What should I negotiate so it’s a better lease for me? Or is this the best I can get?
Located in GTA Canada if that matters.

Hey so my 2004 accord with a 3.0 v6 has been sitting for a month or so. Got it running again and now it won’t shift out of park? I’ll push the shift release and it does nothing. Haven’t confirmed if it’s the brake light switch yet. Just wondering what yall think?

My kia died on me weeks ago. I’ve been car searching and need a car soon (my rental is adding up!) I have been negotiating with different manufacturers for either new or certified pre owned suv’s. I’ve gotten a final out the door price (all taxes/fees included) for a 2025 honda crv lx quoted at $29,527. This was after they lowered it from $30,699 after I first started negotiating. Is this a deal to jump on or wait and see? The crv is certified pre owned and has 13,000 miles on it. Only one owner and has been on the lot for 60 days.

I’m trying to sell my crosstour at 129,000 miles. Everyone is asking about the timing belt and water pump? I’m only selling because my mom is sick and I’m driving her SUV. Now I’m worried about my crosstour. Any advice?

Drives great, relatively rust free and even came with matching winter wheels! Just gotta sort out the throttle and "sticky" feeling clutch. Going to aim for museum registration!

Hey everyone!
I’m considering picking up this 2007 Honda Pilot LX 2WD for $2,114 USD ($3,000 CAD) and wanted to get some opinions on whether it’s a good deal.
Here’s what I know:
● 168,000 miles (270,000 km)
● 3.5L V6, automatic transmission
● Second owner
● Originally from Vancouver, now in Calgary
● Small oil leak discovered during a recent oil change
● Being sold as-is
● Exterior looks fairly clean for its age
I’m planning to use it as my daily driver, including during Canadian winters.
Assuming everything checks out, would you consider this a good buy?
