Well, I lied; kinda. When I first put my lift and larger tires on, I posted on here that I was not rubbing other than the front plastic wheel well. Turns out I was mistaken and just posted before driving it enough. I heat gunned the wheel well and fixed all that. I then discovered I had a slight rub on the UCA at full lock, most noticeable in reverse. It is not too difficult to avoid, but is slightly annoying. I am sure it is also not good for my ball joints when it occurs.
The easiest fix seems to be wheel spacers. I would like to go as small as possible to avoid too much leverage on the wheel bearing and also do not want to replace the studs. I came across slip spacers, and they claim you can use the stock stud. Does anyone else have experience with these or can provide any guidance? TIA
