Lessons Learned What's one business process you wish you'd simplified earlier?

Looking back at how businesses operate, it's easy to add more tools, spreadsheets, meetings, and steps whenever a problem comes up.
But sometimes the better solution is to simplify the process rather than add another tool.
I'm curious about other founders' experiences:
- What process used to take too much of your time?
- What did you change to make it simpler?
- Did you use a tool, create a checklist, or simply remove unnecessary steps?
I'd be interested to hear what actually worked in practice.
