Desperate for relief of chronic runny nose

Can anybody please recommend / suggest a medication or remedy for a constantly runny nose?

**I’ve had allergy testing done and no found reactions, and was then referred to an ENT but in Canada you’ve gotta wait several months to hear back from a specialist.

I had a persistent sinus infection at the beginning of the year and my nose has not stopped running since then. It’s frustrating and inconvenient to say the least. Allergy medication does nothing, same as the nasal spray I was prescribed.

I’m booking an appointment with my physician and will ask for other possible prescriptions—but is there a good over-the-counter medication that would help? Thanks in advance :)

Will eating pineapples everyday give me diabetes

Im addicted to pineapples, I eat one cup (and sometimes two) of fresh pineapples everyday. But I keep seeing people online say that it’s a one way ticket for developing diabetes. Is this true? I’ve got about 4 more cups of pineapples in the fridge.

Hello, I recently had an abdominal and pelvic MRI after a cyst was discovered on my right ovary, which was suspected to be hemorrhagic.
While looking at the MRI images, I noticed a round white area with a dark area that seems to be attached to it.
Could a doctor or radiologist please help me understand what this might be and whether it is something to be concerned about?
Thank you very much for your help!

Blood in urine.

18f female. I went to the ER a few months ago for blood in my urine. They did a test and found blood but nothing else. Said not to worry. It has returned a few times since. It only happens when I haven't been drinking water. It goes away when I do drink water. I'm getting really anxious and scared that I have cancer. My mom is saying not to worry and doesn't think I need a doctor appointment.

Breast augmentation

35yo female considering breast implants after breastfeeding sucked the life out of the girls. Ceased feeding about 8 months ago. Have been to a few consultations and it’s all sold as very safe with the general risks laid out. I’m just interested from anon breast surgeons, would you get implants yourself and if not, why?

year long itching legs

i’m a 23 year old female. Since february this year i’ve started having itchy skin. It started at my legs in the night, no rash or bumps. I went through all my stuff to make it allergy friendly and it hasn’t stopped. I now have a rash on my right breast and the back of my shoulders that constantly itch. The rash in my right breast began in the summer after i got sun posioning and my back recently started. My doctor gave me zyrtec and hydroxyzine (i wake up due to itching) after i told him it didn’t work all he gave me was gabapentin. I am not sure if these are related or not but i’ve also been getting ulcers in my nose. And a couple months ago began having pencil stool. I feel like im going crazy which big chance i am. I want to fix the itching not just treat the symptoms of it yk

Leg infection - what could have caused it?

Male, 25, 130lbs, no prior skin conditions. Feels warm to the touch, also feels like a sunburn/very dry and irritated. Tried to include as many photos as I could!

I went to urgent care this morning because of this beautiful… rash? Infection? On my right calf near my knee. It started as what looked like a regular mosquito bite on Saturday. On Sunday it was a tiny bit bigger, and yesterday (Monday) I woke up to it being very large, red and tender, where my fiancée outlined it and put the time 10:30AM. Today I woke up and it was a bit bigger and more irritated so I went to urgent care as soon as they opened.

I had a tick bite in the same exact spot on September 25th, but it tested negative for lyme disease (or at least, I’m assuming, as I was told “no news is good news” from the lab it was sent to that day). I informed the urgent care today of the tick bite (I attended an on-campus clinic for the bite itself, but I’m home right now for fall break). The doctor told me it didn’t seem like lyme symptoms and was most likely a weird coincidence. She prescribed me doxycycline monohydrate, 100mg per capsule, 2 times daily for 10 days. She said it can treat both regular infections and tick-related illness. My mother seems to think it looks like a spider bite rather than a tick-related reaction.

I’m just curious, what could have caused this?? It was literally overnight that it grew to this size, and has not gotten any smaller (It’s only day 1 of the antibiotics, so hopefully it shrinks in a few days). Do you think it’s a spider bite? Maybe an infected ingrown hair? I’ve never had a reaction like this so I have nothing to really compare it to lol.
Thank you in advance!

I hurt my finger in dumbest way possible

I saw someone doing a pose where they put ring finger up in a middle finger pose (to show off ring)

I decided to try it out of curiosity and had trouble, but lightly pushed my finger into the position

Now the next day my finger is in pain/constant soreness

Is this normal?? I feel so dumb

Thanks in advance!

I have been taking multivitamins without a prescription, and I have been experiencing bowel problems and hair loss. Is it possible that the multivitamins are causing my hair loss?

My jaw has been popping when I open it wide all my life, recently it started to hurt on one side where the jaw connects to the skull, what is my condition or what should i do?

As stated, my jaw has more or less popped if I open it very wide (kinda like a snake unhinging it's jaw?) I think I grind my teeth I'm my sleep, but Ive alos had braces as a teen (23 now). Wondering what it could be and what remedies there are to get rid of the popping.

Yo doc gng i need advice

Yo gang i need help

Whenever the weather changes my throat gets messed up and i start producing mucus.

On top of that my sinus gets triggered too and both of them together make my life hell for 2-3 months straight every season.

The throat issue is the worst because i keep coughing so much that sometimes i feel like im gonna die. It gets so bad that i feel like dying would be better than going through this again.

I've tried so many medicines to fix this but it keeps coming back every season. Winter is coming again and i really don't wanna go through the same hell all over again.

If there's any doctor here or anyone who has dealt with something similar, please suggest what i should do. I really need a proper solution to this because im tired of taking medicines every season and still ending up in the same situation.

I’m female, 39, 5 ft 4 in, and weigh 10 stone. I don’t smoke and have no medical conditions. I fractured the upper part of my arm—the proximal humerus—on Saturday. I’m in England and was discharged from A&E on Sunday with a sling.
The doctor said the fracture team would contact me to arrange another X-ray in around a week. However, I’ve been trying to contact the fracture clinic because I’m in agony, but their phone line just has an answerphone message saying they aim to return calls within three working days.
The sling goes around my neck, down to my wrist, finishes just above my elbow, and straps across my back and chest.
Whenever I move, I can feel and hear clicking and grinding in my upper arm, and the pain is horrendous. I’m struggling to cope with it and don’t know whether this is normal for a proximal humerus fracture or whether I should be seen sooner.
