So last week I noticed a lump in my neck, made a doctor’s appointment and tried to think nothing of it. Next day, a lump sitting kind of on top of my collar bone. No biggie, I have a doctor’s appointment that day now anyways.

No blood work requested since I had some done like two months ago, but I do get to take a ride in the scan tube (CT scan) next week. We’re pretty sure it’s my lymph nodes. I think there’s one in my elbow ditch too a little swollen? But it’s deep in there so hard to really tell I guess.

Some history, sometimes when I drink alcohol I get this terrible pain in my ribs. Almost like they’re spreading apart or expanding. Well today, on my 5 minute walk to my kids bus stop, I started getting it. I did not drink anything but a third of a Diet Coke. The pain was making me hot and dizzy so bad, the walk became 10 minutes there and 15 minutes back needing breaks. No fever tho, but OTC meds didn’t help.

I’m feeling pressure in my ribs just laying down. I also have chest pressure constantly but I’m thinking that’s just maybe anxiety or stress.

Food and drink also sucks today, tastes horrid. Past few nights I’ve been waking up sweaty and cold.

Also have a weird bumpy patch of skin I’ve had for a few months that won’t go away under my right breast? Honestly don’t know if that’s connected or not, but pics of it just in case.

I called and they basically said don’t do much if I can help it and ice pack on the back of my neck.

I was wondering if there was any kind of odd the wall ideas that could help.

Last night, my toe got jammed in the door and it completely ripped my big toe nail out of the cuticle. I’ve wrapped it up in gauze and tried to keep it as clean as possible, but it’s still super painful to the touch. I also have not left the house since so I haven’t had to wear shoes. Should I go to a doctor? Is there anything I should do to increase the chances of it growing back? I’m worried since it was completely ripped out of the cuticle and not just broken at the bottom that the nail bed might be too traumatized to grow another nail. Do I need to be on antibiotics? Also, in the interim, what kind of shoes should I wear? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I just want to avoid being toenail-less forever or getting an infection. Thanks!

I have so much going on that I am currently waiting on referals for. Because of unknown health reasons I am physically unable to consume more then an average of 243 calories a day and less then 16oz of water a day. I have lost over 70 lbs in 9 months. My blood work is only showing mild dehydration. The ER and my primary are not doing anything except giving me a GI referal, appointment scheduled for mid November. Can I survive until mid November with my current intake capabilities? Is my fear out of line and I just need to trust them or should I keep folowing my instincts and demand medical intervention?

I noticed a small cluster of red spots on the top of one foot about two days ago. Initially, I thought they were caused by friction from my Birkenstock straps, but after checking, I realized the spots don't actually align with either strap.
There were initially around four spots, possibly increasing to six. They became more prominent yesterday but haven't noticeably changed since. They're slightly raised to the touch, do not blanch with pressure, and are neither painful nor itchy. 
For context, I have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and a history of abnormal clotting-related bloodwork, including possible lupus anticoagulant abnormalities and low platelet counts. I also bruise unusually easily and sometimes develop large, dark bruises with little or no apparent trauma. Vasculitis has been raised as a possibility by specialists in the past, although a previous workup was negative.
I frequently develop petechiae from relatively minor pressure, such as carrying grocery bags or wearing a backpack, and occasionally notice them spontaneously on my chest and breasts.
I realize these spots could be something completely benign, like insect bites, but their non-blanching appearance, slight elevation, and my medical history have me wondering whether they warrant further investigation.
Does this look concerning for palpable purpura or cutaneous small-vessel vasculitis, or could it reasonably be something more benign? Is this worth getting evaluated promptly, or would monitoring for a few days be reasonable?

Hi i started taking citalopram 2 days ago honestly the side affects are horrible im honestly not sure if my anxiety has caused these symptoms because i started feeling them like 2 hours after taking the meds and i dont know how long it takes to absorb it but I feel as if my heart is racing , my mouth is tingling, numb and dry, couldnt sleep the first night, its making me feel constantly sick and im getting worse anxiety about taking the medication also one of my biggest problems is thoughts of dying in my sleep and its been non stop. My doctor told me to stay on it because the side effects will get better he said this before i started taking it. Is it worth riding it out will these side effects go away.

So me and my girlfriend had an interaction on 14th october. Her ovulation is expected on 21st or 22nd october. We both were naked and i was just hovering my p*nis over her vagina. I did not put it inside at all and was just hovering over and also I didn't ejaculate near her. She is very very scared of being pregnant at this age (19) she has been getting scared what if the precum was deposited and traveled inside which might make her pregnant I do not know how to calm her down because I myself is panicking after looking at her getting scared like this about precum situation. So for the past two days, I have had pain in my throat specifically worse on my left side, which originally made me nervous because I have a history of having an abscess on that side of my throat on day one the pain was really bad gave me really bad headaches and made me really nauseous day two the pain wasn’t as bad but the morning of day two some bloody mucus came from my mouth. I’ll add a photo but I’m just debating on what I should do. I can’t tell if this is just a sore throat or if I have an abscess coming back or what
