Other Week 6 update! Using AI to build a game with no dev experience
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Keeping it short and simple. Started building a cozy game with claude in the beginning of September. Having no background in anything remotely like this, it took a lot of error, learning and wasted tokens to get to here, Its far from done but I'm genuinely very proud!
Workflow:
Claude Opus 5.5 to brainstorm, plan and organize. It's the main orchestrator and uses other opus and sonnet agents under it. Claude Uses blender to cleanup assets and builds everything in Unity. I go back and forth with Claude until I'm happy with the result. Rinse and Repeat.
Asset Creations:
Opus 5.5 writes image prompts ---> Gemini creates the 2D asset references ---> Meshy 3D turns the images into 3D assets---> Claude reduces poly count, cleans up and rigs assets in blender.
Tech Stack:
- Unity 6 + C#
- Claude Code (Opus 5.5 leading, Sonnet helping)
- Gemini + Meshy for the art
- Thousands of automated tests (custom full test suite) that play the game for me

Built with Claude Super Agents: an AI-native Animated Sitcom
I built an animated show about AI agents. A few episodes are up now: https://m.youtube.com/@SuperAgentsShow
'Super Agents' is a sitcom about four AI agents in a workplace: DMZ, Baud, Fume and Bimini.
It's an AI show that's actually written by AI (Opus) itself, which I think is the most interesting point, and is the one type of show where I think having the AI write the script is probably for the best--though as you'll see, the dialogue could use a bit of editing for parts Claude thinks is funny but doesn't necessarily land. But I don’t; I decided I won't edit the script for the episodes because it really is AI-native content and for this particular show there's a certain beauty in that. And to be clear, the AI does work from a show bible I wrote.
Claude built the system that writes the script for an episode, directs each scene and picks the camera shots, and then voices, renders and uploads each episode without me having to touch it. The whole production pipeline is automated and to the point where I can give an episode topic and have an episode on YouTube in about an hour.
I think this project shows the potential of AI-based content; the show is fairly simple but also only cost about $1 total per episode, exemplifying how cheap and simple AI is making things.
I really hope you enjoy it. I think the show is unique for what it is and genuinely has its funny moments.

Built with Claude Boxed EP2
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
My new series Boxed about getting out of the box made all with Claude Code.
Workflow below
- I asked Claude to make a psychedelic animated talk show where every frame is drawn in code by Claude.
- 7 Claude agents, a Python drawing engine and ElevenLabs make one 1 min 36 second cartoon episode
- No image generators: our cartoon is drawn entirely in Python by Claude Code.
- Claude Code writes the script and every line of drawing code, reviews its own renders, plans the music and effects, and packages the delivery.
- A Python + Skia engine draws every frame. No image or video generation models are involved. It animates on twos: 12 drawings per second.
- ElevenLabs voices the cast (eleven_v3 with delivery tags) and makes the music cues and sound effects.

Question about Claude Code Anyone solely trying out Sonnet 5.5 this week?
Usually a heavy Opus 5.5 user, and the work I have has that complexity required. But I'm trying out Sonnet just to test and compare once the week is over. Anyone else doing this right now? Thoughts?

Built with Claude I built a social media site as my first claude code project
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
my friends and i kept saying the same thing: every app now is just short videos and random stuff from people you don't know. we just want to see what our mates are posting. so i decided to try and make that myself, and a few days later zwimpost exists
this was my first time using claude code for anything and i really didn't expect to end up with a full working site
"isn't this just another vibe coded app"
kinda, but not really. i had a really specific idea of what i wanted: no algorithm, no ads, and an old internet feel with guestbooks and pokes, not another twitter clone. claude wrote the code, but every feature and every bit of the look came from me going back and forth with it until it felt right. something this niche probably wouldn't exist otherwise, nobody would build it for a handful of people.
what's on it so far
- your feed is only people you follow, newest first
- rezwims (reposts) and quote posts
- stories that last 24 hours
- dms and group chats, with typing and seen
- guestbooks, pokes and polls
- badges, like 10 posts or 100 views
- private posts and private accounts
- switching between accounts
the claude code part
my process was basically: describe it in plain english, let it build, try it, complain, repeat. the first version looked totally different. at one point i told it everything was "wayyy too animationy" and too twitter-ish, and it toned the whole site down into the boxy look it has now.
the most useful thing it did was test its own work. after every change it opened the site, made fake accounts and clicked through everything on desktop and phone. when it touched the database, it compared everyones data before and after to make sure nothing got lost. that's the bit that made me trust shipping updates to real people.
it also brought up stuff i'd never have thought of, like a swear and slur filter, reporting, blocking, spam limits and protecting under 18s from strangers.
(react + supabase + vercel for anyone wondering)
its free and theres nothing to pay for, just a buy me a coffee button. search zwimpost.com if you want a look. any feedback, good or bad, is welcome, im still building it every day
The opening about your friends is my guess at your reason for building it. Swap it for the real story if it's different.

Built with Claude I built a second brain App for iOS and Mac, the iOS version just got approved in one try
I built Cohestry because I wanted one place for project docs, handoff artifacts, notes and context that I could eventually expose to Claude, Codex and other agents instead of constantly reseeding them. It’s a native Markdown library and second brain that automatically connects related notes, uses Apple Intelligence for deeper connections, and visualizes the whole library as a 3D graph. The iOS app was somehow approved on the first review.
Claude Code did most of the implementation work even though GPT 6 Astra did the early scaffolding work. My workflow is spec-first: I design the architecture and behavior, write detailed specs for each feature, hand those to Claude Code to implement, then I test the result and feed bugs or changes back into the next iteration. That’s how I’ve been building and iterating on Cohestry rather than prompting Claude with “make me an app.” The upcoming Mac version also has a 13-tool MCP connector so agents can selectively access the Cohestry library itself.
It’s free to try, including core notes/Markdown features and iOS ↔ Mac sync. The Mac app is waiting on a minor metadata fix and should be out shortly, with Apple Notes import and the MCP connector included. iOS is live here: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/cohestry-second-brain/id6811573132

Question about Claude Code s using claude.ai scheduled tasks to trigger the 5h window early against ToS?
I'm on the 5x plan using claude code and the 5h limit is honestly killing my workflow. I keep hitting the limit right in the middle of coding and waiting hours for it to reset is super annoying.
I saw a few people mention that they send a dummy message to Haiku a couple hours before they start working just to get the 5h timer ticking early. I noticed there's a "Scheduled tasks" feature right on claude.ai and figured I could just set it to send "hi" to Haiku on a schedule so the window is already halfway done when I sit down.
Before I actually turn this on, does anyone know if Anthropic cares about this? Since it's literally their own built-in scheduler on the web UI and not some external cron script, I assume it's not a ToS violation, right? Definitely don't want to get my account flagged over something dumb.
Also how does the web scheduler actually work under the hood? Does it run completely on their servers or does my PC need to be on and awake for it to fire? And if you're already doing this, how did you set up your times so the 5h window feels fixed during work hours without burning through the weekly cap while you're asleep?

Praise My experience using Claude as a travel assistant
I just got back from a Japan trip and wanted to share my experience with how amazing Claude was as a trip companion.
I used Claude to help plan my trip of course. From there, I asked it to build me a little Claude travel companion app. What it came up with on its own was already pretty good, it had tabs for itinerary, shopping list, bookings, common phrases (tailored to my trip), location cards in Japanese to show to taxi drivers.
From there, I got it to break it down into a tab for each day’s itinerary, with everything I needed on the one page, and got it to add much more info, such as:
- Google map links for every location
- expandable step by step instructions
on each item (e.g. when you get off the train, go to the south exit and get the elevator to level 2, then look for the sign that says X)
- estimated travel times
- suggested times for leaving the hotel each morning to fit the day’s activities
- going through my emails for every piece of booking information I would need, such as booking reference numbers, check in times, whether breakfast was included and what time and also a link to the booking email
- anything from my shopping list that I would be near that day and where I could get it
- restaurant suggestions for dinner each night based on regional specialities and ratings of restaurants in walking distance of our hotel
- taxi location cards for each place I’d need to go that day
Then during the trip I added the following:
- my travel companion was having some issues with all the walking, so I got it to add a low walking mode toggle for each day, which when turned on, would refactor the itinerary to reduce walking. It also gave a total kms walking estimate for each day in both normal and low walking mode.
- an ‘ask’ tab which let me take a photo within the app and then select ‘translate’ or ‘help’. So I could take a photo of a menu page and select translate. Or a photo of the train ticket booking screen and select ‘help’ and it would tell me the correct option to select for the train trip I needed. It also had an option for just asking a question without a photo.
- I also had it checking my email inbox for anything trip related and giving me updates on anything that had changed or needed attention. Which included automatically translating emails in Japanese and drafting responses in Japanese for me.
As always with Claude, I found one of the most useful things was once it has all the information, being able to ask any question you like over the top of that. Things like, ‘I missed my train, work out for me the best alternative option to still make my booking this afternoon’. Or ‘I’m too tired to do this afternoon’s activity, recommend something else that falls within my interests, doesn’t duplicate anything else we are doing, has less walking and is something that can be done on short notice’. Or ‘based on my current itinerary, how much yen do I need to load onto my travel card for the trip’.
I used Opus 5.5 for this and found in incredibly accurate. I can’t recall it really making any major mistakes. Only very small things that were possibly due to outdated web information, such as which floor of the hotel breakfast was on.
Overall, it was insanely useful. I’m sure everyone is already using it to help with travel, but just wanted to share my positive experience and also some use cases that might give people ideas for their own trips.

Workaround Claude Desktop doesn't support MCP sampling, do this instead
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
If you think MCP App protocol will allow you to write apps with a seamless user experience, you may be in for a surprise. Out of the box it is pretty restrictive in how the app can reach back to the user's agent, and on top of that you run into implementation quirks, where hosts like Claude desktop will just not implement certain features that would allow you to play outside the walled environment they designed for their users. Here I show you how to break out of that prison and enjoy at least a little creative freedom, while still staying within the MCP protocol. The video above was recorded running inside an MCP host, and you can run this on your machine in Claude Code if you like. Details here: https://pslusarz.github.io/articles/2026/10/15/mcp-app-agent-two-way.html

Claude Workflow Anyone else having major issues with Claude scheduled tasks and Google Drive integration?
I’m using Claude to automate monthly financial reporting and analysis for a real estate portfolio.
Despite setting up the workflows, I’m running into several issues:
-Scheduled tasks getting stuck in “Pending” and not executing.
-Manual runs taking 100+ minutes without producing usable outputs.
-Usage limits and spend caps creating uncertainty around whether workflows will complete.
-Difficulty reliably generating reports and saving outputs directly to Google Drive.
The frustrating part is that these aren’t particularly complex workflows, and I would expect my paid subscription to support them reliably.
Has anyone successfully built reliable recurring workflows in Claude? Is this a platform limitation, a configuration issue, or am I approaching this incorrectly?

Claude Workflow Company platform with AI employees and shared Obsidian brain
I am a one person company that wants to work like its 20-strong. I am building out a system that will harness AI employees and sub-agents with specific remits and roles. Organised into departments, senior agents will be be able to provision junior employees to work on specific projects. Data will be stored in obsidian md files, to enable further context across the company for senior agents. I will be using Claude to orchestrate and I will be working with Claude Code as a developer.
I know the skills I am good at. I know where my weaknesses lie. The intention is that I maximise output and quality by harnessing AI to address my non-specialties, while managing it to maximum effect to build.
Anybody tried something similar with any success? Any tips?

Other What happens after you share an app you built with AI?
I've been building small tools with Claude for my own use and they work great on my machine. The moment I think about sharing one with a few people, I freeze up. Is the login actually secure? Can one person see another person's data? Will it even run the same once it's hosted?
Curious how others handle this. If you've shared something you built with AI:
did anything break or surprise you once real people used it?
did you check it for security before sharing, and how?
Would love to hear the horror stories too!!!!

Claude Code Max: does a banked usage reset carry over? Use it first?
I’m on the Pro plan and have 1 banked reset left. I’m thinking of upgrading to Max and have two questions:
- If I upgrade, does the banked reset transfer to Max, or is it lost? Should I use the reset before upgrading?
- Is there any benefit to starting a fresh account and subscribing to Max there (promos, additional resets etc ), versus upgrading my existing one? I’d lose my history and projects, so I’m leaning against it, but wanted to check whether I’m missing anything.
Thanks!

Claude Workflow What is the best way to make prompts?
I have Claude max. Should I?
1. Tell chat gpt or Gemini then paste it into Claude?
2. Do I have opus 5.5 medium write it for lower models.
3. Do I have fable write it for opus?
4 do I have medium effort write it for max
Do I have max effort wrote it for medium
5 do I just talk to the effort and model I want it in.
6 use fable at default but tell it to auto pick smaller agents for work.
Which then leads me to which model do I use when? Right now I’m using it for writing scripts and editing you tube videos and building animations. I do the voice over myself. Building a website using netlfy that has a 57 page, 24 chapter training manual in turning into a semi interactive trading guide for lightning consoles you can follow along with onscreen instead of the booklet. I’m going to use my resumes and turn that to my about me page. Eventually take hundreds of pictures from events and sort them into a gallery and a portfolio section that highlights 3-4 of the bigger events in detail. I burned thru the weeks tokens at first using opus 5.5 at max. At first I had one chat for each different part but now I’m using projects. But projects don’t talk to each other. Or do they? What’s the most efficient but accurate work flow? I prefer accuracy , creativity and usability over speed.

Bug Furious, Anthropic activating remote switches degrading performance?
I am very very very sensitive to changes and I'm furious, as today Claude started responding, just in one of my projects, with 3-line boxes and a two-button choice for EVERY single thing I ask - It's like I'm living in a Text-based RPG, what the actual f?
I've asked Opus itself and it noticed something strange too, but can't tell which Anthopic switch caused this. That's unbelievable.

Are they preparing to make Opus 5.5 dumb as hell?
This is the sort of responses I get now, just a box with 3 lines in it and a choice for what to do, wow.

Built with Claude I turned a joke from r/linuxmemes into a real app with Claude Code: JizzCraft, a local-first media library in Rust NSFW
galleryTwo days ago, someone on r/linuxmemes posted a fake landing page for “JizzCraft”, a parody of the “Craft” app suites. I thought it would be funnier if it actually existed, so I built it with Claude and Claude Code.
It's now a real application, and I've just released v0.2.0 alpha.
What it is
JizzCraft is a native Rust desktop app for browsing, organizing and playing your own image and video collection (adult content, hence the name and the 18+ tag).
You point it at your folders, and it indexes your library into a searchable thumbnail grid. It now includes full-text search, favorites, 0–5 star ratings, tags, categories, playlists, filters, saved views, viewing history, playback resume, video markers and an inbox for reviewing newly imported media.
There's an image viewer and a GStreamer-powered video player with seeking, volume controls, local subtitles and more.
Privacy was a core design goal from the start:
- Offline by default: the Offline edition contains no network code at all. No accounts, telemetry, analytics, cloud sync, update checks or ads.
- Your files stay untouched: JizzCraft doesn't move, rename or modify your media. Library metadata lives in a local SQLite database.
- Discreet mode: a boss key (
Ctrl+Shift+H) pauses playback, mutes audio, switches to a neutral-looking window and minimizes the app. Discreet mode and share-safe mode can also hide filenames and blur thumbnails. - Optional encrypted library: an experimental, opt-in vault can encrypt the library database and thumbnails. It does not encrypt your original media files, and a forgotten passphrase cannot be recovered.
There's also a separate, experimental Online edition for users who want to configure their own indexers, torrents and streaming sources. It is an explicit opt-in build; the default Offline edition remains network-free.
How Claude helped
- Specification: I used Claude to turn the original meme into a proper technical specification and a detailed Claude Code prompt. It defined the architecture (Rust, egui/wgpu, GStreamer and SQLite), acceptance criteria, privacy guarantees and strict rules such as “never claim a feature works unless you verified it”.
- Implementation: Claude Code built the application in vertical slices, from the core library and database to the desktop UI, thumbnails, image viewer, video player, organization tools, privacy features and packaging. Each slice went through formatting, linting and tests before being committed.
- Testing: The project now has automated checks for its offline guarantees, media-file integrity, library operations and playback state machine, plus 18 end-to-end scenarios and explicit performance budgets in CI.
- The hardest part: getting video frames from GStreamer's
appsinkinto egui/wgpu efficiently. Texture handling, frame stride and seek coalescing required particular attention. I also added benchmarks to measure performance rather than relying on “it looks smooth”. High-resolution video playback still has known CPU-performance limitations, so feedback on that part would be especially useful. - Screenshots: every screenshot and demo frame in the repository is generated by the app itself using synthetic, procedurally generated, SFW test media. The repository contains no real adult content.
Status and how to try it
JizzCraft v0.2.0 is still alpha. Linux is the only platform tested on real hardware. Windows and macOS builds are experimental and have not been validated on real machines. There are still rough edges and known limitations, so don't trust it with irreplaceable data without keeping backups.
It's free and open source under MIT / Apache-2.0.
On Linux, you can install it with a single command:
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -fsSL \
https://github.com/kerstz/JizzCraft/releases/latest/download/install.sh | sh
The installer checks download integrity and explains any missing dependencies. The README also documents building from source, troubleshooting GStreamer codecs and verifying release artifacts.
Repository: https://github.com/kerstz/JizzCraft
Feedback on the Rust architecture, GStreamer/wgpu video pipeline, privacy guarantees or anything that breaks on your setup is very welcome.

MCP 3D recreation of Neo apartment from The Matrix, built 100% using Claude via MCP Blender
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
3D recreation of Neos apartment from The Matrix, built 100% using Claude via MCP connected to Blender. It’s not a perfect 1:1 recreation due to creative liberties and limited reference material.
Inspired by hirokazu yokohara project, I tackled this workflow with one main difference: mine is 100% modeled by Claude from scratch, no Image-to-3D tools like Meshy or Tripo were used.
It took roughly 5 days part-time. Creating an environment like this traditionally would easily take 1 to 2 months.
I used Claude Opus 5.5 alongside parallel agents with Sonnet and Haiku. Claude handled execution, modeling, UVs, camera, materials, and compositing, guided heavily by my drawn annotations and feedback.
Working within a basic $20 plan was the main hurdle, requiring strict token management and waiting out 5-hour resets. A higher-tier subscription is definitely recommended for heavy workflows.
Producing a scene like this requires solid 3D fundamentals and art direction; a simple prompt isnt enough.
Textures were a mix of external maps and vector graphics generated directly by Claude for posters and monitors. Claude researched set hardware, gathered blueprints, and modeled assets in parallel. Layout was the trickiest step to direct, whereas UV unwrapping was the fastest. Lighting and compositing were handled accurately from my sketch overlays.
Fun fact: I directed much of the project right from my phone!
The pipeline ran locally using Windows MCP and Blender MCP, rendered on an RTX 3070.

Built with Claude I got tired of opening Davinci to just simply trim a video or stitch some clips together, So I made an easy to use video editor with Claude Code. Its Free
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I work on a lot of creative projects, but documenting them always feels like a chore and opening DaVinci just to trim a devlog felt like overkill.
At first I started leaving screen recording on and asking Claude to stitch it into a video. It worked, but I couldn't fine tune the edits.
That's why I made ClipChop, I just wanted something dead simple to use and easy to stomach at a first glance. And it also has an MCP server so Claude can just edit for you, and then you can just fine-tune the result before rendering
The entire thing was made with me just describing to Claude what I want functionally, and how it should look. All I have done is test alot to make sure things work, feel good, and if they don't feel good then tell Claude exactly what doesn't feel good, why it doesn't feel good, and how it could be better.
There were points where certain actions were not upto the mark (Renders were slow, and edits made on bulk selections were laggy). I just pointed out the issue to Opus 5.5 on high and asked it to investigate, then asked Opus 5.5 on medium to solve it. So far everything is working fine.
Finally, the demo video attached to this post was also made by Opus 5.5 on high using the /brag skill (NOT IN MY APP). I started off with a vague prompt, it gave a good quality output but frankly the pacing was horrible and wrong things about the app were highlighted. I gave it a new prompt telling it what all it should focus on and how the video should be paced and it did a much better job - From there I had to prompt it 2-3 more times to get it to where it is now (I still think it chooses terrible bg music)
I would be grateful if someone on linux and mac were to test it and give feedback about the app on the website.

Question about Claude Code Managing prototypes of application
Hi, I am developing an application and using artifacts to create and review prototypes. However, as more pages and modules are added for both the web and mobile applications - along with responsive design requirements - I am finding it difficult to manage.
My question is: How do you manage or create prototypes? Do you use Claude artifacts, or other tools like Figma or Balsamiq?
