How can the game not be on local television?
This pisses me off like no other that makes me never wanna spend another dollar with the Brewers… talk about disenfranchising fans.

Super disappointed I couldn’t get any of the pre-sale tickets to game 1 of the WS. The website was glitchy so I think they sold out fast. Does anyone know if there will be a regular sale (if this was the pre-sale) and when it will be? I welcome any tips on how to get tickets in general. Thanks!
Edit: I ended up getting 4 SRO tickets that it let me purchase. I’m very excited to hopefully attend game 1 with my dad and other family! And hopefully SRO still makes for a fun ballpark experience — never done it before. I appreciate the advice below and good luck to folks who are still on the hunt!

Seeing the prices for tickets on the secondary markets right now is crazy.
I honestly don’t remember seeing these prices back in 2018. Yes I get it it was before the Covid inflation, but even then I don’t recall hearing about how insane the prices were reaching for 2018 dollars.

Hey folks!
Saw that there is a 10 AM WI resident presale announced and having trouble figuring out how to add a primary address to my Brewers account. Don't think I've added it before.
I tried updating my account settings but:
a) I can't really find the spot for a primary address
b) I'm running into a screen that tries to verify my email with a 6-digit code. That code is not coming through to my email.
Has anyone done this before or is having the same issue? Had a fantastic time at game 2 on Monday and am hoping to keep it rolling!
Thanks in advance.

My best friend and I bought two tickets to the World Series for Game 2! Section 434 row 11! Expensive as shit but excited as hell! As long as MKE advances (I’m optimistic) I can’t wait for this once in a lifetime opportunity. My mom went to a World Series game when she was in college and my mother in law and her mom went to the 1982 Brewers World Series. Who else is planning on going?

Edit: So upset I couldn’t spell access right in the title 🤷🏻♂️
I spoke with a rep on the phone at length about which plans would get me guaranteed access to post season this year. They told me a 20 seat plan qualifies. I spent $3k on a 20 seat plan. I emailed my rep yesterday because I still hadn’t heard anything about my presale. Today he responded and said “that presale is only for 2026 season ticket holders. You can use the WI resident presale tomorrow”
I’m irate. They put billboards up everywhere advertising 2026 post season access with a season ticket plan. I confirmed with a rep which plans get me post season this year. Not once was I told “World Series is only for existing plan members”. I’m so devastated.

I had Contreras at first or maybe Ashby but damn I feel like Bauers may have stolen it and probably my pick right now.

For tomorrows pre-sale, how do the determine wether or not you are truly a Wisco resident? Billing address? IP Address? What do I need to do before 10am so MLB knows I’m from Wisconsin? Appreciate any advice.

You’d think a guy who went to college in Beloit could at least pretend to be enthusiastic about Milwaukee going off in the NLCS

I feel like this would likely be Dustin May and then turn into essentially a bullpen game but curious to hear your thoughts. Also what game do you think misiorwski is ready by?

I got in via an offer code. I was able to click around and get some prices! One thing though...
These are for Game 1. I did get into Game 7 and tickets were about twice as much! I'm talking over $1500 for 400 level!

the lady and I would love to be at the park tonight for the watch party, but missed them when they were offered. If anyone has 2 passes they aren’t gonna use, these 2 brewers fans would be happy to go in your stead

Yes, please! I hope MLB doesnt know how to market a Brewers WS, so nobody is interested, so ticket prices drop.
I mean damn, one can only hope…

I’ve seen that the brewers have a radio station you can tune into at the games. Does anyone have any tips for the best way to listen in?
My main concern is the crowd volume. Is a pair of wired earbuds good enough to hear the broadcast? Or should I bring some form of noise cancelling headphones? I’d probably prefer to listen in one ear and have the other ear open if that’s possible.
Also, what kinds of devices work the best? Some kind of mini radio? Maybe an app?
If anyone’s got any insight to share I’m interested in hearing it.

When the Dodgers took a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the 6th tonight John Smoltz all but exploded into glee and could scarcely contain his joy…until pitch 11 to Jake Bauers in the top of the 7th.
From that point on he barely spoke at all for an inning before moping his way through the remainder of the game.
Also all of the pregame/postgame panelists were enthusiastically forecasting a Dodger win before the game and then had a pissy attitude about it after the game!
Ortiz and A-Rod were particularly biased for the Dodgers.
And ALL of them keep talking about the Brewers as though they are completely bewildered how the best team in baseball this season could POSSIBLY beat the “almighty” Dodgers.
I’ve had enough…tomorrow I’m muting the FOX broadcasters and listening to the radio broadcast.
I don’t begrudge them having a preferred team, however they need to show more professional impartiality during the telecast!

Because the universe clearly has a bone to pick with me... if/when the Brewers advance to the WS, I will be in Dallas for games 3, 4, and 5 due to a work conference. Anyone know of any good Brewers bars in Dallas?
(I know.. it's a real stretch request but a guy can dream, right?)

I’d like to know everyone’s thoughts on Game 4 starting pitcher. May, Dro, Harrison, bullpen game? My guess is May but something is telling me Murphy rolls with Harrison. I’d like to hear your thoughts….

Bauers 11-pitch HR
Bauers 12-pitch BB
Chourio walkoff single off Mason Miller, G2 NLDS
El Gary big-balls BB to set up the walkoff
???
What goes in spot #5? Something from Contreras? Yeli breaking through for his first RBI since 2018, or his single with the bases loaded in G2 NLCS? Something else entirely?

Does anyone have an idea about when watch party tickets for tomorrow may become available? I know tickets for today went really fast so I want to be prepared.

I would not be able to attend game 1 of a possible world series in Milwaukee. Could i buy a ticket tomorrow and transfer it to a family member who lives out of town (who would attend the game)?

The vibes are too good not to buy a Captain Dad jersey right now, but I’m not seeing an option for the C on the web store. Anyone know if the team store at the park will put one on?

The lesson: Who needs the long ball?
In the regular season, the Brewers scored the second-most runs in the sport and had the second-fewest homers.
It ain’t easy to sustain offense without the long ball, but it can be done. In fact, three of the four Championship Series clubs — the Guardians, Rays and Brewers — were bottom-third of the league in homers this season.
Milwaukee manufactures runs in all sorts of ways. The Brewers led the majors in batting average, on-base percentage and walk rate. They were fifth in stolen bases. They put more balls on the ground than any other team and legged out the second-most infield singles and bunt hits in the league. Their brand of baseball applies constant pressure to opposing pitchers and the defenses behind them.
Even so, the Brewers like homers. Love ‘em! Jackson Chourio, Brice Turang and Jake Bauers had 20-homer seasons this year, and William Contreras has now crossed that threshold with 18 home runs in the regular season and three this postseason. The Brewers can hit the long ball. But they tend to put themselves in position to win whether or not the long balls come.
Last October, the lesson we drew from the best-record-in-baseball Brewers arriving in the NLCS was that they operated with an intelligible roster-building philosophy: They saw how undervalued players fit the Brewers’ style. They could trade Josh Hader and Corbin Burnes, work within small-market budgetary constraints and still build a winner.
This year, after trading away Freddy Peralta, the Brewers again had the best record in baseball, and again advanced to the NLCS. They did it with a young, homegrown core complemented by a cast of players that other teams all but gave up on over the years, from Trevor Megill to Jake Bauers to Andrew Vaughn. The Brewers knew how those veterans could contribute in time — and how the club could help the players extract their full potential.
