For context, EA is literally selling you the equivalent of 50 Service Stars NOT JUST the attachments.

I swear it sound like shizoposting.

But yesterday (last pic) I got 3109 XP (300 * 11 = 3300 very simillar that 300 cap existed yesterday) for making 41 kills, 16 assists and 94 capture time in 11 min.

Today Steam updated BF, same mode pathetic 25 kills, 17 assists and 80 capture time, gradually worse morning gameplay, but I got whole 4090 XP in just 9 minutes. 9 * 300 * 1.1 = just 2970, it sure can't be capped at 300 now.

Also yeah, I am not alone who yesterday got very low weapon XP even with much better play than mine.

As stated in a post before, wait for proper proof first instead of burning everything to the ground.

In my third game of conquest this evening, got ~14,300 points on scoreboard, and after game end, ~24,000xp total. This usually would result in at least 40,000xp after all bonuses said and done.

I’ve liked some things and disliked others here and there up to this point, but still enjoyed playing the game almost nightly. Now there is no incentive to progress, or reward to play competitively or become a better player over time. In combination with the “pay to progress” model, if this isn’t undone, I’m officially done playing from here on out after my 500+ hrs. “But you shouldn’t rely on xp to have fun” is absolutely no excuse for this.

I really hope this gets the backlash it deserves. As others have said, this should have more traction than a majority of the other issues reported on here e.g. skins, bugs, etc. Not that they weren’t worth noting - but this is just stupid at this point.

Note: this is just one data point, I’m not confirming 100% there is a cap now, but it seems likely from this experience.

If you look through my posting history, you'll see I'm one of the biggest BF6 cheerleaders on here. Call me a shill, whatever.

But this XP cap will kill the game. And I don't care if it is in the main game or just Portal. Some of the most intense games I've played have been in Vertex or Faithwalker portal servers. To cap the XP is just a stupid decision on it's face and it doesn't matter where they are doing it. Just that they are doing it.

When players who have championed the game from day 1 quit, it won't recover. It just can't. They can put it on Gamepass and attract new players but how long are they going to stick around when it takes forever to rank up? When the game actually penalizes you for playing well?

Insane decision.

I've just spent a few hours leveling up the new Mk24 AR, and I'm almost level 30 with it. Even if that weapon XP exists (which I doubt), y'all won't ever feel it. Show me your stats; I bet none of you here have over 2kpm for faster weapon leveling. General XP from capturing/healing/repairing counts much slower toward weapon mastery.

It’s unbalanced: the team that reaches the helicopter first gets it, and if the pilot is skilled, they’ll farm kills for the rest of the match, the map layout makes it impossible to counter, so it needs to be removed immediately - it doesn't belong there.
