I’ll admit mine first: I was well into my twenties before I realized you’re supposed to clean the dryer lint trap before every load, not just once a season.

What have you learned?

Even though I'm 52, I am still learning new things. For example, using witch hazel on my armpits kills all germs and eliminates smell. What have you learned that you think would help others? It may seem like common knowledge to you, but I can guarantee lots of others don't know.

Do women only want a finished product?

I’m in my early 20s. I’m still in school, taking most of the money I make and investing it and working towards a career. I can’t afford to take girls out onto really nice places without hurting my future self. I can’t afford to live on my own yet. I can’t afford a mortgage yet. I don’t have the financial means to support kids yet.

I really want a relationship with a woman I’m attracted to. I don’t want to spend my whole life waiting until I reached a point financially to feel worthy of dating. I don’t want to live a lie where I buy nice things to flash to other people while ruining my finances for future on.

Do most women require men to be fully settled in life before she even considers him an option she wants to be in a relationship with and someday have a family with?

Is it misogynistic to be far more tolerant of sensitive men with anxiety than sensitive women with anxiety

18f. My entire life I have been friends with girls who did nothing but cry to try manipulate me and guilt trip me. They would always masculinise me because I never cried or showed my emotions and they would always treat me like I was their boyfriend. My childhood best friend literally thought I was her boyfriend and she’d sexually assault me and she’d start crying if I tried stopping her. So there is something about crying or overly sensitive girls that enrage me. Every single female friend ship I’ve had, they have always started crying unnecessarily and it makes me so mad. I remember from the ages of 6-13 I’d invite my friend who sexually assaults me to my birthday parties and I never had a good time at them because she’d get jealous of me having all the attention and start crying, every time without fail. When her mom would come to collect her she’d ask if she cried.

But men who are sensitive and cry a lot I find them adorable and if they’re my friend I get protective over them, and I can always tell they aren’t trying to manipulate me.

Going back to school for a teaching degree at 23

I graduated with a bachelor’s in health administration last spring. I changed my major a lot, mostly out of fear of not making enough money. I started in education. I was a para 15 hours a week at an elementary school, worked in a daycare and I know I would love being a teacher. Instead of perusing teaching, I listened to family members who strongly advised me to go into a health field. I’m about four months into a remote/occasional travel job(assistant management position for a medical equipment supplier) and I absolutely hate it. The last 2 years of school I knew I would hate it. I want to go back to school to be a teacher, but I’m facing the same backlash from family. It’s really frustrating because I feel like I did the thing and I’m being ungrateful for landing a decent paying job quickly. A teaching degree will only take me 3 regular semester + 1 summer semester and I don’t have any student debt. I live with my parents and pay rent and do my share, but they keep guilt tripping me by saying things like “we just didn’t want you to end up like us” and “you spent so long getting to this point, it’s too late to change it”. I cannot imagine living like this the rest of my life.
