Everyone is using AI for coding nowdays, people adapt to the new technology that lets them make things way faster, sometimes making things that could be otherwise impossible without AI. It's not like you just type in one prompt and full app suddenly appears in your repo, you still need to have some knowledge for it to not work like a mess, but I doubt it will be the case in the future since AI is improving insanely fast lately.

What are you talking about? AI is just yet another tool to help us code. My workplace has been using AI extensively and our code quality has not dropped, there has been no increase in reported bugs. I also know that this isn't exclusive to where I work and that it's industry standard now.

Wouldnt even try on whenthe its filled with non devs stuck in 2023. Talking abt hallucinations n such, like anyone in software could tell you those barely exist in 2026. Like AI makes mistakes bu hallucinations in code arent usually one of them lol
