What in the actual fuck? WHAT? At what point are you like yes let me stick a mini tablecloth on my head?

Headscarves can be really cute! This is an insult to them.

Yeah, it looks like she got drunk and thought it would be funny to tie the table runner around her head. So weird. There’s a whole world of beautiful head scarves and this manages to not even be on the planet with them.

It was important to her to make a point that she could be a bride and deserves attention too. Even if it means relocating her grandma's plants for a day.

Looks like she was drunk when she got dressed!

they wanted to wear a veil but conceded that a straight up veil would be too obvious so thought this was a smart workaround

it was not

Agreed!. It really looks like she took a wedding tablecloth and plopped it on her head.

It's a crime against headscarves.

Yup, I have a couple of nice ones for when I have the top down on a nice day or it’s humid and I don’t want to worry about my hair.

Sure if you are a 70 year old Romani traveler...

Ah yes, the new mARRRiage line from the designer Captain Jack Sparrow. It was all the rage on the runways this year.

BeefyTacoBaby, stop trying to make fashun happen! It's not going to happen!

Idk why this comment made me laugh so hard lol.

Reminded me of David in Schitt's Creek!!

David: "Did it Come with a veil?"

Alexis: "No, it came with a matching headdress..."

David: "a...wHat?!"

Alexis: "It came with a matching...tulle...headdress..."

At least Alexis seemed to have genuinely not been thinking. Plus it was black and white themed wedding!😂

What else was she going to wear, PINK??

u/jinx_lbc May 22 '26

"I need something that mimics a veil but with plausible deniability. Something like... "It's fashion!""

For the record, the 70's were full of this style of headwear, along with bell bottoms and tie dye.......

u/MLiOne May 22 '26

And they/we wore it better back then and not like that! Disclaimer, I was a kid back then.

Yeah, I've seen many headscarves in my days, but this... This is like a lazy pirate slapping a way too big mantle over his head and calling it a day

As someone who comes from a culture where wearing headwraps is normal, i actually think it looks good. Still absolutely shitty of her to wear white though

When you get home from the Mini Tablecloth Store!

We apparently can’t appreciate her “unique style.” /s

Legit looks like she took Nana's lace tablecloth and tried to drape it around her head
