It's not, the original post many commenters found the guest's real Facebook account. The account was basically calling out the haters 😅

Just seems like bad photoshop

And I've just noticed that the "guest" Facebook post uses an em dash in the message, too. Doesn't prove anything on its own, but becomes pretty damning with the context of the AI photo.
