Sup Tenno - I'm Cabal. I run a easy going clan of mic'd up misfits, veterans, and hardcore grinders. Newer players are generally welcome.

Some of us have been in clan together for around 10 years. We're a tight-knit group of ~50 members and are especially welcoming to returning players and veterans.

Lots of loving sarcasm, and a great place to vent.

This is a discord activity focus clan, mic and discord activity is encouraged.

Ideally, Warframe is your main game and you're actively playing. Our crew is mostly online evenings and weekends (US time zones).

A little about me: Photographer, anarchist, a bit unhinged - in a hopefully good way.

I've recruited and helped teach hundreds of players over the years.

I’m deep into the numbers, the lore, the screams, and especially stacking Scrooge McDuck levels of plat. Warframe is one of the few games where I've made real, long-term friends and that's generally what I'm looking for more of.

My clan has a good mix—some newer players, plenty of long-term grinders, a couple who met here and eventually got married. Some of us have met up IRL - A few remain happily mysterious. We’re a bit chaotic in the best way: lots of ADHD energy, drinkers, pot smokers, dad-joke enthusiasts, and loving sarcasm are all standard issue here - We tend to laugh as much as we grind.

Rules are minimal:

No racism, hate speech, etc - We are a very diverse group and while I'm Boston based there are people from all over the world and walks of life.

If you join just to grab blueprints and ghost, you’ll be removed—no hard feelings being and active member is the focus of recruitment.

No donation or activity minimums—just pop in when you can

We’re quick to help, quicker to tease, and I’ve been known to go on occasional drunk/stoner rants.

If this sounds like your kind of crew, hit me up on Discord: Cabal1420

Looking forward to farming (and cleming) with you o7

WHO WE ARE

We are The Onyx Chapter, an international cross-plattform clan, formerly known as Nefarious Reticence and Nova Ravnica. The Onyx Chapter has been founded in 2013 by -Onyx-Lich. The clan is also co-managed by -Onyx-Banshee.

As of 2020, we are a casual community with many seasoned players eager to share their knowledge and expertise. We are now back with another recruitment wave!

We also play other games! Our community has previously been active in a variety of franchises and games such as Dota 2, Helldivers 2, Warhammer 40.000 Space Marine 2, Valorant, or Minecraft. So even if you are hit by a Warframe burnout, feel free to chill and play other games with us!

OUR MISSION STATEMENT

Our aim is to offer both casual and competitive gamers a platform where they can showcase their creativity and prowess in a positive, non-toxic setting. We guide newcomers, helping them rise to the ranks of skilled players. Simultaneously, we host events and maintain a vibrant level of competition to keep our seasoned players engaged.

TECHNICAL DETAILS & WHAT WE OFFER

• ACCESS TO ALL RESEARCHES As a max rank Mountain clan, the dojo of the Onyx Chapter provides you access to all researches.
• ACTIVE ALLIANCE We are also part of the Architects Anonymous alliance, which mostly focuses on decoration content for clans and bases of command, but also clan features in general.
• AGE RESTRICTIONS Our only age restriction is the minimum age required to be allowed to use Discord and to play Warframe. We always make sure to recruit by maturity rather than setting a certain minimum age - your behavior dictates whether you are cut out to be a good member or not. Our current average age is ~28.
• EXTRA RESOURCES Our seasoned players will provide you resources on request that will help you keep track of your progress, provide a better overview, and improve your quality of life within Warframe.
• FULLY CUSTOMIZED DOJO All rooms have been fully decorated and are slightly inspired by Warhammer 40.000. Our structured transporter system will make your navigation through the dojo significantly faster and easier. We are also one of the winners of the Autumn 2023 Dojo Contest, the Summer 2025 Dojo Contest, the Spring 2026 Dojo Contest, and one of the featured PMFCQ 2026 Dojos.
• FULLY OUTFITTED DISCORD SERVER Bots with features such as price checking, riven grading, and worldstate updates will help you along your way. Our automated feeds will always keep you up to date.
• GOOD COMPANY We provide a non-toxic environment. We do missions cooperatively and in the most efficient ways, but we also love to have some relaxed gaming sessions. Our community is not only about Warframe either since most of our current members have been with the clan for more than 5 years. So you may expect some off-topic talking as well. Most of our players are from EU/US regions.
• NO CONTRIBUTION DEMAND We don't expect you to contribute resources at any time, as the leadership and our most loyal players usually take care of any researches the same day as they are released. We will let you know if we need resources so you can help voluntarily, but we will never expect you to contribute.
• PRESTIGE With more than 280 global top placements and tournament wins in total, and consistent top 0.1% rankings across all leaderboards, we have also been featured by Digital Extremes (DE) several times and we were previously sponsored by a variety of companies to host our own tournaments.
• RANKS, CHALLENGES & EVENTS We have different ranks and challenges for you to reach and accomplish. Show that you not only are a part of the Onyx Chapter, but that you also have the skill and means to achieve excellence. You can also win events or participate in giveaways to earn prizes.
• REGULAR CLAN ACTIVITY With the new clan feature introduced in the Shadowgrapher Update, we do clan missions regularly in order to grab the personal rewards that also benefit the clan at the same time.
• RELAXED ACTIVITY RULES Real life comes first - so we prioritize comfortable memberships. Players are removed from the clan in Warframe after 50 days of inactivity. They are still allowed to remain on the Discord server while keeping their ranks, and may rejoin the clan at any time.
• TRANSPARENT LEADERSHIP As our leadership is transparent, you can influence ongoing clan work in discussions and suggest your own ideas. Resources aren't the only way to contribute in a clan - prove your intelligence and creativity by getting involved in clan business. Our leadership is also very experienced with more than 20 years of community development and management.

HOW TO JOIN

This is your chance to become a part of the Onyx Chapter. Send the following information to onyx.lich or nessiahsortie on Discord:

• FIRSTNAME/NICKNAME (The name you would like to be called. Excludes numbers or too long names.)
• COUNTRY (The country you are from.)
• WARFRAME USERNAME (Include the name discriminator. Example: -Onyx-Lich#119.)
• CONCERNS / QUESTIONS (Optional.)

Remember to send onyx.lich or nessiahsortie a message/friend request on Discord. If you don’t send a request, your Discord settings could likely prevent contact.

Also keep in mind that we have a lot of applicants and only very few open slots, so we also put value on how you approach us. Simple social skills come a long way. Spamming only with details and showing an inability to say as much as a simple “Hello” will get you filtered out.

🍀 We welcome every new, old and returning Warframe player who doesn't mind being part of a casual, relatively small but growing community of friendly people.

• Cozy decorated dojo with full utility.
• Everything researched.
• All regions and platforms.
• No trade tax.
• 30 days inactivity policy.
• No real obligations except being respectful to each other.

Join our Discord for the invite!

Staying there is optional after you get clan invite and it's also open to every Warframe player. You don't have to be in the clan to be in the server and vice versa. We have channels for captura/fashion/builds/trading, some useful guides for new players and sometimes do little giveaways :)
