Translated [KO] [English > Korean]이 문장 어색하지 않나요??

• Upvotes

If the goal is to get Kimberly to notice me, misson accomplished.

"Why?" she asks, wide-eyed.

I point to the far end of the park to the giant mountain of leaves the gardeners have blown in the corner. "I cover myself in sticky syrup and Rollerblade down the hill into the leaves. When I come out - it's Leaf Man!"

restart p125

I point to A to B 구조인데 어색하지 않나요??

French [French > English] Would like to know what’s going on

This video is quite long so I don’t expect anyone to provide a full translation of everything said but I’ve been wondering what she’s talking about for a while. If someone could just give me a general summary of what she’s saying and talking about in the video I’d really appreciate it

A coworker gave me this little tapestry, but she wasn’t sure exactly what it said. My own research narrowed it down to Tibetan script (maybe) but I haven’t been able to figure out what it says.

Turkish Turkish > English Tattoo Translation Request

Hi there,

I really love the word vahşi. I found it on Pinterest as a teenager. I was thinking about getting a tattoo of it!

First, I want to make sure it doesn’t have any slang or social connotations tied to it that would change the meaning.

It’s my understanding that it means wild or feral.

Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!

Japanese [English > Japanese] Dietary Restriction Card Check

Could you check the translation on this allergy/dietary restriction card? The strict translation isn't important, but being simple and understandable is the priority.

Edit: Advice generally seems to be to delete the "front" card. How about just the back?

Translated [ZH] [Chinese > English] Who's signature stamp is this?

Thumbnail gallery

I inherited this somewhat older painting from my grandmother after she passed away. It was likely painted somewhere between the 1960s - 1990s in China (?) or at least by a Chinese Artist. It looks almost exactly like a work by Ai Xuan, but the eyes and rendering details look different. There's a signature stamp in the bottom, but I can't read it and don't know who it's by.

Is this a replica/forgery/homage? Or something else? (And by whom?)

Translated [JA] [English > Japanese] Short tagline

Hi all. Quick request for the following phrase in Japanese:

> The most powerful word in the Japanese language is "no."

In Kanji and then romanized would be amazing, if possible.

I'm assuming this isn't a saying in Japanese the way it is in English, but, nonetheless, I'm thinking about it for a context where a direct translation of an English (or US?) saying would be normal and expected.

Thanks!

Hello!

Seeing as there is no official translation of this particular kny databook (sad), I wanted to try my hand here to see what this may say!

I am aware it's kind of blurry, I apologize. I had to crop this from a much larger page! Figured here I would be able to get a more accurate translation, hopefully. :) Thank you!!

Japanese [Japanese > English] Blue lock Manga dialogue exchange kanji interpretation

Post image
0 Upvotes

I've know that kanji has multiple meanings, and I was wondering if in this dialog exchange that the kanji could be interpreted in 2 ways in the context. For added context the official translator translated it as "You've had the saddest smile on your face." But when I looked on a kanji to english website it said that 寂しcould also mean lonely, and in unofficial translations I've seen it was translated that way. So I was wondering if in the context it could be read in both ways or just as sad. Thank you to anyone willing to help, and I'm sorry if the image is cropped poorly 😭.

Hi everyone! I’m trying to identify the language/dialect and get a translation for a short whispered audio clip (around 2 seconds).

Possible Language Candidates:

Regional South Asian: Pashto, Saraiki, Hindko, Balochi, Brahui, Sindhi, or Memoni / Kutchi.

Other possibilities: Persian / Dari or other regional dialects.

Any help identifying the language or transcribing/translating the phrase would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Unknown [Unknown > English] Voice from my kids room 😳

Currently investigating a voice I heard in my kids room (creepy), but couldn't pickup the language of the voice. Anyone know what language, or what they are saying?

Two recordings of the same voice as I attempted to increase the volume of one of them.

Im still investigating where the voice came from as we have quite a few devices in the mix. I know usually it's a baby monitor picking up other radio signals... but not in this instance.

Edit: Location - USA East Coast

Japanese [English > Japanese] How do I very politely ask for a phone number?

Hello!

I'm trying to send a birthday gift to a Japanese voice actor. Now I faced a new problem: the package must be registered and the recipient's phone number is mandatory. He doesn't even list his company's phone number on the website, only e-mail. How to make it believable that I only need the number for the package and I will not distribute it online or call to it myself?

Thank you for any help! 🙇‍♀️🙏
