For context I'm a 25 yr old trans woman, been medically transitioning since 10/16/2021. I've gone to my family dr about this, been through several UTI tests, STI tests, blood tests, and ultrasounds by this point, and I'm the most physically healthy a person my age can possibly be.
Except I'm not, the doctors just can't find any cause for the following:
For the last roughly 18-20 months, I've had short periods of critical lower abdominal pain below my navel and ranging from the left to right, and occasionally in the area between my groin and backdoor. It's got no definitive pattern though. It never happens more than twice a month, never more than one month every 2-6 months, in timespans of 2-3 days at a time, and the pain throbs from a 5 to a 10 over the course of either a few minutes, or a few hours.
I've had a small left teste appendage/cist/growth (all terms used by various medical professionals over the last few years), examined multiple times over the last 3 years and it's determined to not be cancerous, as it hasn't grown or been painful at all.
Just finished an appointment today and this is the good news and bad news
The good:
They can't find anything wrong with anything. No infection markers, no STIs, no cancer, no appendicitis, nothing ruptured, no hernias, no bladder infections, no kidney stones, no diabetes, no intestinal blockages, nothing wrong with my blood in any way.. I'm the most healthy a person my age could be.
The bad:
There's no definitive answer as to why I go through these moments of critical abdominal pain.
Please please please... As unfortunate as this is to ask, is there anyone else that experiences this?
