Question T-Mobile care teams keeps hanging up on me

How do I get ahold of a T-Mobile rep who won't drop the call?

I'm not sure why they hang up and they don't call me back either.

They say they are working on my order and just simply hang up.

I'm not yelling I'm not angry and I've been through a lot already today.

A store tried to switch my phone but couldn't (was trying to switch but still owed money on verison) so my phone was stuck in port for 5 hours and I still haven't gotten my order placed which is why I went in to begin with.

I'm trying to get a watch wifi and new phone with a switch plan from verizon.

Verizon was honestly just simply terrible. Longer story so now wondering is this just the way it is now?

T force on Facebook is light years quicker and easier than calling CS.

Switch to a different carrier, or try MVNO
