I’m doing due diligence on my shortlist of developers in Israel while I’m looking at buying an apartment ate Tel Aviv. I’ve found they were behind some of the projects Sde Dov and Rothschild like Rainbow and SHE.

For anyone who has lived in one of their buildings, what has your experience been like? Anything I should know before considering one of their projects?

So, I have a friend that I’d like to buy a gift for. My budget is 100€ or 300 something Israeli dollars. I’d like something he could use and say, “Yeah, my friend got it for me.” He likes cooking and already has a collection of cutting boards and knives. If I were to buy him a knife, I’d want it to be like Israel themed or something, if you know what I mean. I just don’t know where to find stores like that. Some help would be appreciated:))

What are the minimum ages for clubs/bars in TLV? I am American (over 18 under 21) but heard some places are 21+ or even 24+. Does this hold true for tourists or will I be fine?

In Western/German news, coverage of the region centers almost exclusively on conflict, active military actions, and high alert. Because of that, my perception is somewhat shaped by a feeling of instability. Having read through r/TravelIsrael's FAQ, I am already somewhat calmed but also still feel the need for a more safety-focused feedback.
