Open | Hardware Asus tufbook will not boot

I was trying to reinstall Windows, deleted all partitions, let setup complete, and now when I try to boot any device, nothing happens at the bios screen.

For example, here's a video: https://youtu.be/U7Zruhw7cY4

I have disabled secure boot, but no idea how to proceed since I can't even boot from a USB anymore.

Are you sure the Secure Boot setting saved as being off? That looping usually is associated with that boot selection chosen failing to pass the secure boot check.

Thanks! This was... Partially it. When I disable secure boot in BIOS and then reboot, the setting goes back to enabled.

Set it to disabled, F10 to save, and on reboot, the setting is back on.

I tried selecting the "Reset to setup mode" under the secure boot BIOS settings, but this also has no effect, there's still a bunch of secure boot keys listed.

OK, power off the system. When powering it back on, you must mash your key to get into the BIOS. If it fails to boot into something and dumps you into the BIOS, it will prevent you making changes to the Secure Boot settings. That probably is what is stopping it from saving it now.
