Weird rendering and object loading when playing games.

I have issues with loading of objects such as grass, rocks or anything really...
It happens in all games, but its most visible in Valheim and Planet Crafter.
I have seen it in Warframe and FFxiv too.
But i did notice some FPS issues and lag such as stuttering.
The issue happens on both systems.
My CPU and GPU are not at 100%
CPU goes at most to 40% and GPU at most at 80%.
Changing settings to LOW does nothing, its identical.

I have the following specs.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D (16) @ 4.55 GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800
Motherboard: Asus Strix B550-f gaming
32GB RAM.
2 M2SSDs:
One with CachyOS (using ReFind )
One with Windows11.

The issue happens on both systems.

I have done the following:

Changed RAM XMP profile to #1 as it wouldnt boot on #2
Enabled Above4G Encoding and Re-Size Bar.
CSM disabled
Updated BIOS.
Wiped BIOS and Updated AGAIN.
Changed cables for all monitors.
Reinstalled all games

I am really at an loss and i am not sure how to fix it. help.
