Question/Tech Support SteamOS launching all games fullscreen at 4k, but my native is 1440p.
Has any here run into anything similar?

This is on Steam Machine but I figure it would be the same issue if anybody ran into this on Steam Deck, where this can have other negative effects.

Epic has unveiled the preview for the next version of their launcher, in which they confirm that Fortnite is coming to Linux.
The new launcher is also completely vibe-coded, which...feels odd.

Hello! I've a Steamdeck and also, I've bought docking station to be able to play it on TV, I've already chosen some other stuff like cable and etc, but idk which joystick to use. Do you have any ideas? Id like to use something that is not from valve

I wasn't sure that Valor Mortis would be playable on the Steam Deck, since it is a beautiful-looking game made with Unreal Engine 5. However, I was wrong. It does need some compromises, but the game is playable on the Deck at 30 FPS. It doesn't look as beautiful as it should, but I would definitely consider it playable if you only have a Deck to play games on.

Hey everyone! I just released DeckyShare v1.1, a Decky Loader plugin for moving files between your Steam Deck and your phone or computer over Wi-Fi. No app on the phone/PC, it all works in the browser.
What’s new in v1.1
Speed note: transfers go phone → router → Deck, so your Wi-Fi decides the speed. In my testing it was ~4–5 MB/s with a weak signal (−74 dBm) and 20+ MB/s near the router on 5 GHz. The new Wi-Fi check tells you which situation you’re in.
Install (not in the official Decky store):
Already on 1.1.0? Just open More → Updates.
GitHub: https://github.com/gillrajvir950-wq/deckyshare
Feedback and bug reports are very welcome, especially from Android users, since I’ve mostly tested with an iPhone. Open an issue on GitHub or comment here.
Transparency: parts of this were built with the help of AI coding tools. It’s open source, and feedback or contributions are welcome.

Link to site: https://thegamingemporium.com/
Hi all it's been a while since I posted the site here so here I am!
The site is a collection of links to Decompilations, Recompilations, Android Ports, Browser Based games, Open Source Games, Rom Hacks, Mods, Texture Packs, VR Mods, Preserved Games, English Translation Patches, Abandonware and loads more.
What started as a single post on the Steam Deck sub a few years back with about 12 links has, with the help of user suggestions on various Reddit subs and other means, has now grown to an archive of just over 3,630 links.
I'm just a gatherer of links, all credit goes to the people on the end of each link.
Anyway, have a dip in, hope you find something you like 👍
