Is this generally a good rate? I've been thinking of consolidating for years but been too scared of scams and ruining my credit. I've heard good things about SoFi, so I got this quote and just looking for advice. Thank you in advance y'all 🫡

I started a personal loan application 1 week ago, and it offered me 7.20% APR. Today I was ready to accept the offer but instead of continuing the same application, I deleted and started a fresh application. And now my APR jumped by more than 3%. Called customer care but they won’t restore the original offer. 😢
