Can anyone tell me what’s up with the redness on my cheeks and the bit of acne I have on my face?

Do these look like terrys nails? I've had pale nails since i was a teen but seem like they've gotten whiter and i constantly have friends comment about them. I do see a lunula on thumbs and pointer nails but its very faint. I have normal hemoglobin and thyroid, only low ferritin.

Does anyone know what this could be? Is it eczema that randomly developed later in life? I live a healthy lifestyle, have tried eliminating things in my diet and switching soap products, tried lotions and hydrocortison; nothing is really working.
It is incredibly itchy, in almost a painful way, is worse at night, and hasn’t gone away for any period of time at all.

Need help with skin- a 9 month old story
I have been dealing with this painful, itchy face problem for months now. Initially, it was just acne and came and went. It was there for around a year but the base skin was still good so I let it heal naturally. Later I shifted from Dombivli to Virar and it’s like my skin has gotten angry on me for it. Initially it didn’t itch or pain but now I find myself scratching the acne in my sleep. I have a big professional thing coming up in November end and I don’t want to go on stage with this kind of acne.
I have tried salicylic acid, retinol, azeliac acid, moisturer, sunscreen, aloe Vera gel, serums, almost everything that I thought could help at different stages in point. I saw a couple dermats in Dombivli around 10-11 months ago but that didn’t help either.
Posting here is my last hope. I’m 32 btw.

Not sure what is causing this but the skin on top of my big toes is different? It’s almost looks like pressure lines but I don’t wear anything with that restriction pattern… also the top section of the left toes discoloration is dry?

What started off as small red area got a little bigger, I don't know what it is. It doesn't hurt or itch. Nothing hurts at the touch, no weird sensations. I first noticed it maybe 3 weeks ago. It hasn't spread to my other fingers or anything.
I'm afraid it might be hiv or aids but it's not exactly like what it looks like on those Google images. Also, I go the gym, so maybe it's something contracted there? Furthermore, I vaguely remember bumping my finger into a door handle while running and brushed it off, could be a bruise but idk why it would get larger / look this way.

Duration: I have been dealing with this skin condition for about a year.
Location: The lesions are mainly on my arms, chest/breast area, abdomen, and underarms. More recently, I have also noticed lesions in my genital area.
Timeline: They usually start as small bumps and sometimes become larger and firmer. Some develop openings and release a white or yellow, thick, paste-like substance. Sometimes it looks like a tiny white pearl or a grain of rice. After the material comes out, the lesions can refill and become larger again.
Symptoms: Most of the lesions are not itchy, and many are not painful. Some feel firm underneath, and they can become firm again after the contents are released.
Treatments tried: I have tried intralesional corticosteroid injections, CO2 laser, 20% azelaic acid, and salicylic acid. I have also taken several courses of antibiotics. Corticosteroid injections initially helped some lesions significantly, but a few eventually returned.
Relevant medical background: My dermatologist has considered hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), possibly stage 2, but I do not have a confirmed diagnosis. I also had a punch biopsy of a lesion on my arm. The pathology report mentioned excoriation, although I had not scratched the lesion.
My questions: Has anyone experienced something similar? Could these lesions be related to keratin plugs, skin cysts, or hidradenitis suppurativa? I would really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any thoughts you might have about what this could be.

I’ve had these clusters of red spots around my nose/chin for a while and they are very persistent.
I appreciate it may be hard to tell from the photos but they are red raised bumps. Not pustular. Nothing comes out of them.
I’ve started isotretinoin I think just prior to when they first came about so originally thought might be just secondary to dryness. But am starting to wonder if it may be fungal?
Thanks

Hello this is my first post and I wanted to share a story that has baffled doctors and my parents with what happened years ago. When I was around 8 (F) I went on this Arizona museum trip with my dad and siblings. This museum was outside so there weren't really any inside areas and, being the dumb kid I was, wore flip flops to this trip. We walked for hours on the rough terrain and left when it became dark. Around the time it got dark my feet started to ache and itch. Since it was dark I couldn't see anything and thought it was because of the long walk. When we got to a place to eat I took a look at my feet and discovered a large rash forming along with these dots appearing. Unfortunately I don't have pictures but I can describe it, the dots were red that were different sizes the largest mixing into the rash. They were sometimes raised or just flat to my skin and they itched and hurt like crazy. The weird part was that these dots never traveled above my hip just my legs. My dad was somewhat of a combat medic, I don't know the full details since he doesn't like to tell us but I know he was in the medical field and he had no idea what this was. Went to the ER and they didn't do a blood test even though they had no clue what it was they gave me a pill that I don't remember for. I suffered with the insane itching and painful walking with my only relief being itch cream. A few days later it went away and I thought it was the end of that. A few months went by when one day I started to feel that same itch. I can't remember exactly when and where it happened as that part is a little hazy, but the same dots appeared on my legs thankfully with no rash. It still hurt to walk though and it went away quicker than the last time. A year went by and I was in class when that same itch popped up. By them me and my parents were annoyed that this kept coming back and we went again to an ER. This time they did blood work and low and behold found nothing. Now I don't remember them giving me medicine and if it did it was to help with the itching. It went away after a few days and made me anxious for the day it'll come back. I'm 22 now and so far it hasn't come back again. I no longer worry when it'll come back and it is still a mystery to what that was.

I had this tiny bump on my face recently, and it’s not going away (not sure how long I had it, but for over a month). The reason I noticed it is the darker middle part - I never had anything like this. Any ideas would be appreciated!🙌🏻

Does someone have this on their skin? I only have this small spot
At first it wasn’t as big and brown like right now
It doesn’t itch, hurt, burn or anything it’s just here
A few months before it was a dry spot and i just applied cream but it doesn’t seem to go away
does someone experience something similar? Is it a skin fungus?

I have a skin tag near my inner butt cheek and it’s very uncomfortable. I don’t want to go to the dermatologist but is there a safe way for me to remove it without causing an infection or causing it to grow back?

I recently noticed these tiny bumps on my cheek its only on the left one like this. The other cheek seems to have 2-3 of those little spots, no more. I haven’t changed my face products in the last 2 months and I have a hard time understanding what is the trigger? I usually have red cheeks from heat but this is new. Can detergents/softeners cause such problems?

I have had this discolouration near my armpits and sides of breasts for about 4 years. The have gradually spread more up to my armpit and especially the left side has darkened a lot.
Does anyone know what this is? It’s not itchy at all and have been given various creams by the Drs.
Thanks

It’s been a couple of days that i’ve had these already they’ve been painless and i have a couple bumps nothing too crazy throughout both of my arms. The ones on my elbow are a little sensitive not like itchy but i think it’s because i kept touching it to feel what it was. I’m concerned that it might be scabies but i’m hoping that’s just me overthinking it, does anyone know? If it’s any help i’m an EMT for work so i’m a little worried I may have come into contact with something.

I deadass don’t know what these are and they appeared out of nowhere. I have bangs and I used to not wash my face, could this be a reason why??

Hi all-
I noticed this spot on my upper thigh the past Saturday. It doesn’t hurt or itch. I haven’t tried to put anything on it yet. What could it be? First photo is how I first seen it. Second is now.

I took my four month old a bath and I noticed some dry patches on his skin. Does this look like Eczema??
He’s not scratching it or anything but I am a first time mom and a bit freaked out.
