What's the deal with Jerry? Is he too big to get cancelled for being "into genocide"?

Just watching The Hamptons
Jerry’s girlfriend is kosher, and wants to try the lobsters that Kramer poached, but he stops her from doing it.
George sneaks it into breakfast, and Rachel ends up eating it. Of course the ep is more involved, but what I’m getting at is Jerry is eating lobster.
Any other eps where he isn’t following kosher food laws?

"Jerry has bought into the propaganda machine." Very interesting take from Larry Charles. I love this man.

Is George doing a specific impression when he says "But you are, Blanche(?)! You are in the shackles!"
Episode is The Airport when he has the last copy of Time magazine and the shackled prisoner wants it.
EDIT: That was quick guys, thank you. Obviously a very well known movie and scene still

Very disappointed after my ban
I don't know what you expect to find out there, r/Seinfeld, you know what you want better than me. But there's one thing I do know. I know I can stand here watching you destroy everything I've ever wanted in my life, wanting to smash your face with my fists, because you won't make even the slightest effort to offer happiness and still know that I love you. You mean so much to me that I'm willing to take all your abuse and insults and insensitivity cause that's what you need to do to prove I'm not going to leave you. I'm sick and tired of running from places and people and subreddits for a 90s tv show. You want me, then fight for me, because I'm sure as hell fighting for you!

Were the tussle and fight scenes done by the director or was there a fight coordinated that worked across the show?
Rewatching and I'm realizing that Seinfeld has such good fight scenes. Kramer always getting into it. Jerry breaking it up. Does anyone know if those were conceptualized by the director or if there was a fight coordinator that worked for the entire show

Helena.....what's her story?
Helena was obviously smitten with Kramer. Why didn't Kramer settle down with Helena?? I'm puzzled.
