Drizzilicious were one of my top safe foods but I have become hyperfixated on the texture and have anxiety that they are stale/go stale as soon as I open the bag, and it takes me a few weeks to finish them. Has anyone else experienced this anxiety around food?

Does anyone else get anxiety about food texture being slightly different? If something is slightly off to me (even if it realistically isn’t) I can’t relaxed and it gives me a lot of anxiety

The fat in egg yolks is a challenge for me, so I've been trying to eat eggs every day. Lately I've been having this grated carrot and scrambled egg for breakfast. Before that I was having corn and egg scrambled. Salt and/or soy sauce are good.

I’ve been loving this simple easy meal lately. It’s half a medium has avocado and one boiled egg cut up, sprinkle a little lime on there with some Asian everything bagel seasoning. Sometimes I like it with romaine lettuce !

And on the side… I know the coloring is weird but it’s a black milk tea with a sprinkle of sugar.

-a pudding (protein or not)
-a smoothie

I have at least 2 snacks a day (afternoon and evening)
Recently moved out so I had to adapt a bit but I managed to have a few options of snacks

Gotta have the staples prob should cut back on energy drinks still struggling to find safe foods
