I (24 F) finally got authorization to work in the U.S. as a w-2 employee and this will be my first time applying for entry-level corporate jobs.
During college I was not able have an internship because of the work authorization constraint. I was a Resident Assistant for the university which granted me a scholarship + a full tuition scholarship I had already earned.
I also worked as a nanny during my last 2 years of college and have been nannying since I graduated.
I would love some feedback on my resume as well as some advice on how to maybe approach interviews and the overall application process, knowing that I graduated May 2025 and have not had a job where I used my degree yet.
My aim is to find a job in Business Analytics / Business Intelligence since I have a degree in Business Analytics and a degree in Business Admin.
Thank you!

Hi everyone, looking for some honest feedback on my resume.
I have a computer science degree and about a year in IT support at a managed service provider. I have been applying to support engineer and integration engineer roles as a step toward software engineering or AI work in the long run.
The problem is I keep getting rejected early and have not landed a single interview yet, so I feel like something is off with the resume itself. Does it read too much like general IT support? What would you cut or change?
Resume is attached. Thanks for any advice.
Hi people.
So I have ended up in a very odd situation. I have been unemployed for a long time, over a year, due to my own choice to not work, do my own things.
In the last few months I've been starting to look for a job. Recently, I've sent out a lot of CVs and received no calls. I've started panicking, thinking why that could be the case and realized that potentially me having this large of a gap for not working could be an issue. So I wanted to do an experiment- make it look like I worked for 1 year longer, apply to a bunch of positions and see if the calls start coming in or it's something else (maybe a season, just me as a person not fitting the role or something like that).
I did that and... I received a few calls in the last few days. This makes me think that a large gap in unemployment might've been the reason.
Which would all be fine and well, but the problem is that one of the places that called me is actually, genuinely a place that I would love to work at. Their culture, their mission and everything- I would love to be a part of that.
We already had a first online call, we vibed really well, I liked them a lot, they seemed to like me a lot and already invited me for a talk IRL in their office.
Now that I really want to get this job, I realized that this could potentially cause issues and be a reason for me not being hired even if they decide they would like to hire me otherwise.
Are there any good ways to go about this? I didn't expect to be in this situation... Just wanted to experiment and see if that changes anything and what to do about it, and now I'm in a pickle... If it would've been random companies that I don't care for that much, I wouldn't mind letting go of their invitations, but this one company... I really badly want to work for them.

Hey everyone. I'm currently a senior at my university and will be graduating next semester. I have been applying to some defense positions with a previous resume but haven't had much success so far. I created this version today using the proper template and would love some feedback from everyone.
Ideally I would like to land a role in defense/aerospace as an operations engineer but would be ok to work in a different industry or different role. I would also like to re-locate to the northeast of the US if anyone has any advice for some open opportunities. Thank you all!

I just got rejected from a job without an interview. I haven't steadily worked in 4 years. Any advice is appreciated.

I don't really have any job experience other than a month and a half at Toyota. I had help making this resume, but now I'm trying to get into an industry I know nothing about BAM. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello everyone. I'm submitting my resume in hopes to get into a GI case management position while I only have bedside nursing experience. I highlighted my roles that could possibly be more useful for case management.
Are my goals too off center for what I am applying for?
Is my overall presentation appropriate for a recruiter to easily read?
While I did grammar checks - does my wording sound consistent? Thank you.

Hi everyone,
I am a final-year CS Engineering student specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Engineering. I am currently preparing my CV for End-of-Studies Project (PFE) internships starting in early 2027, focusing on Data Engineering, BI, and Applied AI roles.
I would love to get your feedback on:
Is my technical project scope (multi-agent RAG & end-to-end MLOps) clear and impact-focused for Data Engineering?
How are the visual hierarchy and readability for quick recruiter scanning?
Are there any formatting areas or bullet points I should tweak?
Targeting roles in Tunisia / Remote. Thanks in advance for your insights!

Please don't hold back - dream role is product manager, mostly applying to APM + analytics + consulting positions and not hearing back. Have gotten OAs back, but no actual interviews.

Don't hold back. Looking to recruit for consulting this next recruiting cycle. Made it to final round at McKinsey and LEK before, but unable to convert to offers.
Edit: Interested in strategy consulting.

I am currently targeting entry-level IT jobs (IT Specialist, help desk, or long-term internships that could transition to full-time) and hope to land a position before I graduate this December. I've received several rejections and generic rejection letters from many of the jobs and internships I've applied to. Looking for any feedback/critic about the structure of my resume. (Resubmission to comply with resume rules).

What I hate about AI is, we all go and pick a template, thinking that it looks polished and everything, until I got nowhere.
This is where I'm happy to say that we human still beat AI.
So what did i do, after hitting my head 34 times?
I truly did a deep research on recruiters I was applying for, made some small teaks (learning what they are truly looking for), and now, I get 1-4 interviews a week.
not a lot, but hey, better than nothing ;)
And I'm happy.

Hello everyone!
I hope everyone reading this is doing well! I have a bit of a conundrum, and I don't want a weird looking resume to be the reason I don't get an interview. I'm currently working in the same government legal/enforcement position I had before starting my graduate program. I also completed a fellowship that aligns with my degree and focuses on policy work. I'm now an alumni collaborator with the same organization and continue to do policy-related work.
When applying for policy jobs, I'm unsure how to organize my experience. I want to highlight my policy work rather than my legal/enforcement background (although I do have transferable skills from that role). My concern is whether it would look strange to list my fellowship experience before my current job, even though the dates wouldn't be in reverse chronological order
For example:
[Organization] — [Location]
Alumni Collaborator | May 2025–Present
X-stuff in this role
Fellow | August 2024–May 2025
X-stuff in this role
[Government Agency] — [Location]
[Job Title] | 2010–Present
X-stuff in this role
My instinct is to put the most relevant experience at the top, especially since I'm trying to transition into policy-focused roles. But would a recruiter look at the dates and think, "This person does not know how to organize a resume!," and move on?
Would it be better to keep everything in strict chronological order, or is there a way to prioritize relevant experience without making my resume look off? For reference, I’m using the Harvard template but have moved my education to the bottom on the advice of others, since my graduation date was last year.
I'd appreciate any advice, especially from people who work in recruiting or have successfully transitioned into a new field! Thank you!

Hello!
I am graduating with a bachelors degree in just a couple months. I’m wanting to start applying for jobs because I know the hiring process can take a while, especially the way the market is right now.
My issue is that I have not worked a traditional job since 2018 and have been a stay at home parent. I’ve seen mixed things about putting that on a resume and am wondering what you all think. Is it helpful to put that on a resume? Should I put my last job in 2018 and just address the employment gap if they ask in an interview?
Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks!

I'm reworking my resume after being at this one career-relevant company for two years. My previous experience was retail, food service, and hotels, so my existing resume only has those on it.
My question is how should I structure my experiences section? I was at this relevant company for five internship rotations across two teams, so should I have it as two bullet points, and include my hotel job from before then? Do I just leave it as one bullet and have my two prior jobs? Or do I go away with the three bullet point idea and only include one or two?
I feel as though jobs that are in computer science will only care about this computer science role.
This is what I feel most confident in:

[10 YoE, Planner, Customer Service, USA]
I am trying to add my current work to my resume. I will put what I have so far below, but I am stumped. I work remotely for a cafeteria for about 4-6 hours a month. All I do is input items from the menu into two programs. I don't have a supervisor or team. There isn't any quantifiable thing that I improve. I just want this to look good in a couple bullet points as it is the only thing I have to fill in since my other previous job. I am pretty much just trying to get another retail job which is the majority of my other work experience. What do I add to make it pop at the top of my resume?
What I have for my resume currently (ignore spacing):
School ISD Menu Planning; Remote
Planner August 2025-Current

My second job after high school I worked at a car dealership where I had an accident after 5 months of working and damaged one of the cars which caused me to get fired. I did good work during the 5 months previous to that and it was noted by my managers but I also fear employers finding out about me being fired. What should I do?

So I'm new to posting but I don't know who to ask about this. I am a first gen, and a junior in university going for my 2nd bachelor's in accounting. I haven't taken any internships yet but my goal is to get one before I graduate. I have asked people around me what should I put down but they all say ' my experience' but as of now I don't have any. I have worked while going to school but none in my current field. My other bachelor's is completely different than accounting.

Hi everyone,
I’m currently looking for Junior Data Engineer / Data opportunities and I’d really appreciate some feedback on my resume.
I’d especially like feedback on:
I’m mainly targeting Junior Data Engineer roles in France and Europe.
First, there's the full name; then, on the next line, the phone number, email, LinkedIn, GitHub, and portfolio.
