Jay Groome, man. Whatta throwback. Ellsbury, Bard, Barnes, Benintendi are so far the only ones to have had respectable careers, no shade to David Murphy

David Murphy 104 home runs .274 career average .765 ops 10 year career

Andrew Benintendi 133 home runs 11 years .265 career average .715 ops

If Andrew Benintendi had a respectable career, so did David Murphy who had a better career batting average and ops.

Benintendi was a stud before that barely rib cage injury before he was traded away and never the same since. Still won the World Series, won a gold glove.
