If I had to guess it’s because it’s a stadium packed with casuals, jackasses, and some of the lamest fans in the world. My first (and last) time going to that shithole was for the wild card series.

The “roll call” from the outfield (and the nerd who always tries to start it) is genuinely one of the most cringe-worthy things I’ve ever seen.

Big time. They treat it like it’s some sworn historic duty they must fulfill each game. “Hey guys we’re so important and instrumental to the teams success because we yell players names”
