Does anyone know any local restaurants that have a food challenge to conquer?

Happy fall y'all! I know apples aren't necessarily grown in SoCo, but was curious if any of the farm stores or anywhere sell local-ish apple cider?
I appreciate you!

Has anyone used the staffing agencies here? If so, how did it go? Is it worth it?

Got my ballot today. Obviously, I'm doing my own homework and reading on the candidates, but out of curiosity, how are you guys voting in terms of representatives to challenge this administration? Will be exploring all Democratic candidates and their history, but still wanted to get a general feel on how you guys are feeling about the candidates on the bill? Thanks!

Hey! I'm a local musician trying to get the word out about other Colorado-based artists. I made this monthly, rotating playlist as a way to discover new artists that are in our local scene.
Curious about who makes music right here in Colorado? Check it out :)

Hey everyone.
My therapist recommended acupuncture but I don't really know where to start. I see a lot of offices that also do chiropractic work or injury recovery which isn't specifically what I'm needing, even though it wouldn't hurt to have an adjustment.
What i think I'm trying to find is a reputable acupuncturist in the holistic realm, i guess. From my Google search i found a whole lot of results but some of their websites don't give much clear information.
Any information you can give me would be beneficial, like what places to avoid/your experiences/what kinds of keywords I could use to narrow my search/what kinds of questions I should be asking/what to expect during a session. Basically, I need all the info lol.
Your assistance is appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hello, I was hoping to summit the Western Spanish Peak this Saturday morning. Hoping someone can tell me if there's any snow visible on the Peaks. I'll be bringing my microspikes anyway, but I wanted to mentally prepare ahead of time. Also, has anyone driven to the trailhead recently, and can they tell me if any issues are getting there?

I have a co-worker whose Aunt needs to go into hospice. She has three bonded cats. I cannot take them as I have two, and I really don't think that they should be separated. Is there any resources that can help?

In front of a crowd of maybe seven people at last night's council meeting, the following ordinances were approved with votes ranging from 4-3 to 5-2 in favor. Aliff and Latino seemed to be the most against them, Gomez and Boston the most in favor.
S11 is the most concerning. It turns the public against itself.
Taken as a whole they contribute to constructing an increasingly extensive fabric of government surveillance. These don't exist in isolation. Pueblo already uses license-plate readers, public surveillance cameras, a Real-Time Crime Center, drones and other surveillance technologies.
Every individual piece can be given its own justification. But citizens don't experience government surveillance as separate ordinance numbers. A network of sensors and cameras can do something human observation cannot. It can operate continuously. It can observe simultaneously across the city. It can preserve those observations. And technology increasingly makes those observations searchable, comparable and potentially capable of being correlated with other information.
Government powers outlive the people who create them.
Once this infrastructure exists, future councils, future police departments and future technologies inherit it.
I'd loke to call out Gomez in particular, who stated (I paraphrase) "that none of this matters since we can all be tracked in real time by our cell phones anyway." That kind of appeal to futility is what gets us to this place. The Chief of Police consistently used public safety and crime reduction in light of and an undermanned law enforcement cadre to justify the asks.
Just thought you all might like to know. They already bought the cameras. Expect the signs to go up soon.

Other similar size cities for example Eugene OR seems to have way less offenders even with more population.
